i was happy with the service and would order again and recommend to friends

I never received my product. When talking with USPS they sent my cup back. Because the only thing on the package was my zip code, not even my address. I contacted help services and they said they tried to resolve the issue but I had to go to USPS directly and figured out what the problem was. When asking for a refund, they told me they will resent my cup with the updated address and postage. But I’m still waiting for the tracking number.

Beautiful product. Just like the picture. Delivered very timely. Great gift!

Overall, I am not completely pleased with my order. Two of the insulated cups were customized somewhat acceptably, but the third one was not well done at all. I would like a refund for that mug. In addition, the quality of the cups themselves was also sub-standard.

Update: the company’s reply indicated that they had responded to my initial review via email. This is not the case. The ONLY response I have received is the one that appears below this review.

After a rocky start and having to pay a rather high ‘guaranteed delivery date’ fee, my item — which was only a greeting card! — arrived on the day requested. So quite happy in the end. Thank you.

Great quality shirts with awesome design just wish the design didn’t fade upon washing. Washed once in cold water on hand wash cycle. Despite this I love my shirts

Love my T-shirt. Am very pleased with the contrast between the figures and the background so that the horses and person stand out. Would like to get a sweatshirt but the horse options are more limited and there is no horse like mine among the options available.

I am so happy with the tumblers I purchased. They are exactly what I ordered and I received them in a timely manner. I ordered 2 exactly alike so that my friend and I could share coffee and a memory even when not together. She was thrilled with the surprise.

Cannot fault the customer service from moosfy, I requested a new style and within 2 hours I had a response to say they had added it onto their website. Fantastic service

We loved our hoodie. Received it on time and my Daughter said she will NEVER take it off.

Bought socks for my 8 year old daughter's birthday. She loved them but after the first wear and wash, the socks were noticeably stretched out and wouldn't stay up.

Do not order from this company. They do not take responsibility for mistakes made and they don’t honor refunds or exchanges when they need to be. I do not appreciate this company for there inconsideration when talking through with me this mistake on my order. Will not recommend to anyone.

I bought the hoodie for my DIL. She hasn't been given it yet as her birthday isn't until June. But I know she'll love it!

The website was easy to navigate. I loved being able to choose hair color and style/clothing and personalize it! The tumbler was made of good quality. Package arrived quickly. I had one small problem, the cover arrived broken. I reached out to the manufacturer, and they sent me out a new cover at no extra charge! I will tell all my friends about this company!
