Poor communication, slow shipping
I ordered on November 22nd, received a shipping update on December 15th and when I check the tracking, the item doesn't show as scanned. Leaving town for 3 months on Thursday so an item I ordered a month ago will not make it. I feel like I didn't order at the last minute and yet, still will most likely not receive the item.

Expected better quality.
Not worth the price to me, it's a beautiful gift and the necklace is stunning, but the box is plastic, I expected it to be a little higher quality for "mahogany style", the inside is beautiful and the design works great, but what looked like a solid soft background with the wording is actually just a piece of printed paper. Expected better quality for the price.

Most impressed with service and communication
Easy to order, communication was fantastic and kept me informed of my order and was prompt to reply to my questions relating to waterproof of the shoes i ordered for our daughter. Being this item was for her 24th birthday, was really impressed with the attention to ensure they arrived from US to AUS within 3 weeks! Thank you to all as our daughter absolutely loved the shoes!

Quality control is not their business
Ordered this product for our 1 year anniversary as a present for my husband, went through the whole process, proofs and approvals and when I received it you couldn’t read one side of it. When I reached out to the company they said it was my fault but I confirmed with them that the proof is fine and the other side of the product you can read and just one side did not print clearly and they decided to send it out anyway. They finally agreed to redo it and when I received it they had changed the font and cut off half of the highlights and things that were on it without even discussing it with me. It looks horrible and am really disappointed in their product and customer service. I will not be ordering from them again
