shipping for my Halo Lamp took around 10 days which felt long but the actual light is perfect. colors are gorgeous.

Total art piece. The LED colors on the Aurora Clock are incredibly vibrant and i love how much I can customize through the app. Honestly exceeded my expectations.

Moonside support is 10/10! I struggled with the aurora clock setup at first but they sorted it for me in like 5 mins. Works perfect now and the app is super snappy.

Posting this here as I know this is a popular company to buy smart lamps from, and I don't want anyone else to get scammed by them.

It's been ten months, and they have stopped responding to emails.

Please avoid this company at all costs!

The build on this lamp is actually really solid. it feels expensive. but honestly the app is kind of a pain to use right now... especially for scheduling. hope they fix that soon with an update.

You only have 120 days from purchase to ask your bank for a chargeback. Moonside will only respond to emails to make you wait long enough so that you pass this refund window. Your product is not arriving, speak to your bank asap if you want your money back

I pre ordered a clock and was told I would receive it early march, it’s now nearly may and nothing but tracking info 30 days ago that hasn’t updated since then, and that was just to say info received! Countless emails with broken English reply’s fobbing me off!! I’m now going through PayPal to get my refund.

Super schöne Lampe – das Design ist wirklich mal was anderes und ein echter Hingucker. Verarbeitung passt auch, wirkt alles hochwertig. Die App funktioniert gut und ist easy zu bedienen, Netzteil war auch direkt dabei.

Support war ebenfalls top, vor allem der Kontakt mit Kate war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Einziger Minuspunkt: die Lieferzeit. Angegeben sind 3–5 Werktage, bei mir hat’s am Ende eher knapp 3 Wochen gedauert. Das sollte einfach transparenter kommuniziert werden, dann weiß man, worauf man sich einstellt – gerade wenn man es verschenken will.

Trotzdem: Ich bin sehr zufrieden und würde wieder bestellen, dann einfach mit etwas mehr Vorlauf 👍

I backed the star bulb on Indiegogo in November of 2024. The order was "shipped" 464 days ago and the tracking has never updated. Moonside refuses to refund backers or be honest about what is happening, and no one has received this item. They keep lying and saying they're in contact with the logistics company. They delete comments on social media so do not trust this company. Fluora Plant is a much better and LEGIT company.

The Aurora Clock has a really unique aesthetic. Those gradient shifts are impressive and it is way brighter than I anticipated. Love the vibe.

Complete scam of a company. Took two months and they only shipped it out because I kept emailing them. It arrived completely broken and unusable. Suport ghosted and never issued refund. Please report them to shopify.

This colors on the Aurora clock are insane... syncs up without any issues. will be buying more Moonside stuff for sure.

Shipping was slow but the halo lamp is great . solid build and looks amazing.

Purchased my Halo lamp many months ago. Several emails back and forth about the status, never sent me the order number, never replied when I asked for a refund. First couple of replies were about delays, but then stopped responding. Very disappointing.

The aurora clock is totally worth the wait. Watching the colors move is so relaxing.

Beware! I purchased two lights in May 2025. I received my Moonside lamp one in July after following up, but have been given the run-around about my halo lamp. I reach out monthly to ask for an update, and usually all I receive is something along the lines of “there are delays but we are expediting, and we’ll give you a 10% refund ONCE YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED.” Eventually they stopped responding. It’s not been almost a year with no halo lamp. Do not trust this company!

This company is a scam. Do you not purchase and read through the multiple forums where they have been exposed - trust pilot, reddit, etc.

They drop ship out of China, issue you a fake tracking numbers then claim delays in the logistics chain with automated customer support emails. Once they pass the typical credit card coverage period they ignore you, stealing your money.

Purchased over $200 worth of products and the shipping status hasn’t changed. It’s been over a year since my purchase. Contacted them via email and Instagram and no one responds. Scam.

I haven’t received my product. They didn’t return the money.
