I LOVE MOONBUN! I HAVE TO WRITE A REVIEW TO DESCRIBE JUST HOW AMAZING THIS BUSINESS ISM AMAZING AND WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW PROMPT THEY ARE IN COMMUNICATION. MOONBUN CONSISTANTLY BACK UP EVERYTHING THEY PROMISE TO DO FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS BOTH IN WORD AND DEED. THEY'RE ITEMS ARE SO BEAUTIFUL AND YOU CAN TELL THAT THERE IS HUGE AMOUNTS OF PASSION AND LOVE GOING INTO EVERYTHING THEY DO.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING! YOU MADE MY DAY TODAY!!!

I would give a zero but not listed. Order over one hundred in clothing over 8 weeks ago. Excuses, blame USPS & UPS! I order weekly on line and no other retailers have any problems. Turned over to bank and “Sara” with Moonbun said package arrived. Last check on tracking number puts it in Atlanta and yesterday New Jersey. I live in North Carolina. This order includes gifts, had to buy elsewhere. Eight weeks is unacceptable. Called bank & sent copy of Sara’s misinformation, such a hassle and I’m sure Moonbun is counting on my giving up. That will not happen. This company appears to be a Scam. Save yourself time and money, Do Not Buy. Wish I saw this web site before I ordered
UPDATE ON MY REVIEW: I received a reply and Moonbun states, “We never knew there was something wrong”. I have emails showing I contacted then on 5 occasions before calling my bank for assistance! The reply continues, “I checked the tracking code and it appears delivered”. As of this morning June 24th at 8:45AM EST the tracking number shows the following “in transit June 23 6:14AM. Atlanta, GA Out for Delivery”. I live in North Carolina Tracking shows this package has been in Atlanta since June 17th. Moonbun states they are “devastated and accept full responsibility”. So still I give Moonbun a 0. Where is their customer service? I still have not received my order and everything I state I have printed copies to show the kind of company Moonbun is, and if as they say, “we accept full responsibility” where is my $121.25?? If you can throw your money away, give them a try but I don’t throw my money away to scams. Go through comments on “ trustpilot.com. There are some satisfied customers but I now wonder if the posts are real? I found about a dozen customers with the same experience as mine. No order..no refund and difficult to communicate with.
JUNE 25. I received a reply from Sara at Moonbun. Now she tells me my package is in Atlanta but being delivered! It’s been in Atlanta for over a week saying “ out for delivery”! I’m now told when?? Package arrives I can pay to sent it to an address they will give me and then they will refund the cost of mailing! Does this person think I’m stupid! Sure I’ll pour more money into this horrible experience and trust them. Right. I have not yet been refunded for the over $100 of merchandise I never received. All the replies sound so nice and sincere, DON’T GET TAKEN IN BY THE KIND REPLIES.. I contacted this company on five+ occasions and in their reply they say, “ we had no idea there was a problem”. I saved my emails and their reply’s. Sara sent info to my bank stating I had received my items! I have print out of tracking and when she claims I had items, package was between NJ and Atlanta, GA and out for delivery in Atlanta. They go to extremes to make customer look at fault. NOT THIS CUSTOMER. I’m in lock down & have plenty of time, this customer is not going away until I receive a full refund. BE CAREFUL. DONT TRUST ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS

The Jumpsuits are THE cutest! I purchased the Pink & Gray; my daughter loves them! Im wishing they came in Adults Sizes! Will definitely be purchasing from Moonbun again!

Moonbun has the cutest clothes and they make the little moonbugs look so cute. My great niece loved her outfits. They arrived timely and no problems at all. I very highly recommend Moonbun and look forward to ordering more from them.

My niece absolutely loved the pink jumper that she received in the mail! After reading some earlier reviews, I was concerned about the shipping time, but I must say that it came much faster than I expected. I have order things from China that have literally taken months to arrive, so we were all very pleased with the shipping time and the final product. I will definitely be ordering more from you in the future. I also have to say they have amazing customer service. They responded to my emails in a timely fashion and made me feel valued as their customer.

The items I ordered took a while to arrive but Sara was so great about giving me more information about their tracking and even offered a free item to make up for the extra long wait. The clothes ended up being adorable and my daughter loves them! Do not the size on the jumper we got was a little smaller so I only wish the sizes went higher.

First of all let me say the clothes are adorable. That being said, it took forever to get the two items I ordered. First and last time I will order from this company. Very little communication. One email with shipping information. Then nothing for over a month I had to email them to see where the order was. Hadn’t even been shipped yet. Children grow quickly and to have to wait almost two months for clothing is ridiculous. Did the items come on the slow boat from China?!?! I ordered a romper and slouch romper in the same size. One was absolutely huge on my granddaughter. The other too small. Terrible communication, inconsistent sizing...no thank you!

My granddaughter and her parents loved the 3 moonbuns I bought them. Their comment was "these are all purpose outfits". From Daycare pictures to pajamas they dress up or down. Love them.

I waited over 2 months for my order. My daughter just informed me she received the order this week. The response I received to my email asking where my product was, was just disrespectful. I will not order from this company again. Can you comprehend that Sara??????

Great products and customer service. I had some difficulty with my first order where it was not delivered, and sent back. The customer service was great, and gave me a full refund. Then when I reordered the product, it came in with no problems. They still followed up to make sure that I was happy with my purchase!

Our 4 year old grand daughter LOVES rainbows! The Rainbow Boho dress was perfect for her. I had it shipped so cannot comment on the quality, however I felt the communication with the company was excellent. It did take a while for the dress to be delivered but under the present circumstances I believe most shipments are taking longer. I tracked the item easily. I am sorry for those who did not share my positive experience. I would order from Moonbun again. Unfortunately many of the items I really liked were out of stock. I'll keep an eye out in the future.

These outfits are so adorable! The fit is true to size and they are well made. Because of COVID the shipping took about a month and a half, but that has been my experience ordering from almost everywhere. It was worth the wait though. My daughter looks adorable and people ask me where I get her clothes every time we go out. Customer service is very responsive and is genuinely concerned with customer satisfaction. I will order again!

My granddaughters absolutely loved their slouch rompers, one pink one orange, the colors are beautiful. Quality was also wonderful...will definitely order from moonbun again
