I have 3 orders of gummies on backorder for over a month. I tried a drink that was said to have same ingredients. It tastes terrible and doesn’t work. I still cannot get any updates on my backorders. No one is emailing me back and I also have paid for all three bags on backorder order. Starting to think this company is a scam

Buying what exactly?
Their products are great, fulfillment? Needs an overhaul. This is the SECOND time this company has charged me for my order, but I have to pester them 10 or more days later to actually send my order. Their customer service is non-existent. All they have is an AI chatbot that can't actually "do" anything. The chatbot promises that a real person will get back to you within 24 hours, but they don't. If sleep is remotely important to you, don't depend on this company for anything.

Terrible customer service - stay away
They sent me a shipment without notifying me when I had already moved. Didn’t give me a chance to change my address before it was shipped. I instantly sent en email asking them to cancel and they didn’t. When I was finaly able to contact them the said there was nothing they could do, no refund or send a new one to the right address. Then they stopped answering my emails. Sketchy company, stay away.

Thw gummies work well but they are unreliable for shipping. My order is a month behind already.
*edit* moon brew reached out to me about 3 months after the initial delay in shipping, reviewed things with me and refunded me. After much back and forth I also got them to change my subscription to a frequency that makes it so I dont run out being gi use a packet every night.

Great product
Great product - the wait time for shipping and delivery is unacceptable. It takes months at this point to receive an order. I've canceled my reoccurring order. It should have shipped in May, I received an email saying it would take an additional 2-3 weeks at best and I'm a few weeks beyond that point. This was after waiting 5 weeks for another order so I give up for now. I'm hopeful they can restock their inventory and keep up with demand in the near future and I can return as a customer.

I placed an order on June 17th; still nothing
UPDATE: I finally received the chews. They taste great. They didn't do anything for my sleep but maybe they will for you. I was frustrated with the experience originally...the "credit/partial refund" is for a future purchase which I probably won't use. They use AI for their customer service ...I'm sure if they used real people things would have been different.
I placed an order on June 17th. On July 1 i inquired about the status of shipping the order. I got an ai response saying it was sitting in a fullfillment queue with no date of expected shipment. I requested to cancel the order and my subscription. Then i received a human response saying they were experiencing a backlog...so I said please cancel again..they said they could give me a discount. I requested a refund and a cancelation two more times. They canceled my subscription but not the order which they were going to discount. Again, I said no on July 6th, I'd like that orderalso canceled and refunded. They replied on the 7th saying that it had shipped ...and gave me tracking. HMMM...tracking said the label was created on July 6th and it still hasn't been received by DHL as of July 7 at 2pm. I have now responded that I requested cancelation and a refund long before the label was created and I still want my refund. This is SHADY AF.

And I'm sorry to hear the gummies didn't do anything for your sleep initally; if you give the gummies a full week, I'd love to hear whether your sleep shifts at all.
Once again, I'm terribly sorry for how your interactions with us has been! If you ever decide to give us a 2nd chance, I hope to be able to give you a much better experience.

I’m still waiting on an order from June 16th. They take your money, don’t deliver the product and don’t communicate about it. This is the 2nd time in 2 orders. I also received no discounts or anything even though they still haven’t delivered the order. I like the product but the service has been down right awful.

I want to give 5 stars, BUT.....
I love these gummies and they work well. However, their product fulfillment is horrible. I am a subscriber waiting on my 2nd delivery for over a month now! I recommended the product to others and they ordered and have not received their product either. I also was offered the $5 off, but honestly I would just like to receive what I ordered. If they are out of stock on the product, then quit advertising on social media until the stock is replenished to at least take care of existing customers.

Refund of less than half of charge due to non shipment of the gummies I…
Due to non shipment of the gummies I asked for a refund for the original order on May 31 and the subscription order they billed me for in July. I got a refund email today for $16.52 of the $47.18 I was bille. This company had very poor customer business practices at best and is fraudulent at worst

Product Review
It helps me/us fall asleep quickly, but it does not keep us asleep long enough. We are ususally waking up around 2 or 3am, and have a tough time getting back to sleep. And it's so expensive for not accomplishing what we wanted it to do for us. We do love the taste, but sometimes the packages do not contain four gummies.

I still haven't received the Moonbrew I ordered June 13th. It's the 4th of July now and I have been out for almost three weeks, so no sleep for me. I like the way both the drink and the gummies help me sleep, but I'm honestly reconsidering having a subscription

Soft gummy texture
My first order was amazing, good flavor and texture, helped me sleep. My most recent order though has a different texture is too soft and the flavor isn’t as good as previous. I think you should go back to the old recipe for the gummies.

NIGHTMARE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never update order status, item NEVER shipped, requested refunded and given $8.48 for a credit….. nowhere near the price paid. Clear request for refund to original payment. NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED.
Having to dispute with credit card company and will also file with BBB. Horrible experience and worst template communication responses that genuinely are not addressing the concerns. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
