The product does work but trying to actually get the product on a regular basis isn't worth the hassle. I had been offered different items to hold me over til my gummies were back in stock but then never sent them. Had to start all over again, when it happened again, the attitude was extremely arrogant basically saying they are so popular they didn't care if I was out and to cancel but they wouldn't do anything to help me out. Good product, bad customer service.

No response from anyone even the Ai version. Radio silence!! Web site has even been taken down to where you can’t trace/track your 3 month delayed order!! What a F’ing Debacle!! BBB and FTC need to step in and stop this madness!!!

I’m a working mom in my late 40s experiencing horrible sleep disruptions & night sweats but I have found they are dramatically reduced when I’ve taken Moon Brew. I even had an issue with my subscription & their head of product reached out to me personally. That level of care & attention alone makes me want to support a brand that cares about their customers. I have also trusted this product with my 9 year old boy & 11 year old girl & my super picky eaters love the taste. I’m excited to try out the PSL flavor coming out!

The taste is decent and it works ok but they never ship the gummies on time and it’s always some lame excuse. And it’s not a few days late, it’s weeks and meanwhile they are pushing nonstop ads trying to get more people to buy a product they never intend to fulfill on time. The process to unsubscribe is unnecessarily long and could be very confusing.

This product is a waste of money. You can take supplements to get better results. The customer service is terrible too. They have hidden fees when you return an item, they don’t disclose this on their website.

If they would be consistent with shipping and responsive with their emails they would be 5 stars. The benefits of the gummies are great but since my first order I’ve had to follow up multiple times for updates on shipping. I subscribed to get them monthly and now my I’ve been waiting on my second order for a month now. My emails have been ignored, only after following up 5 times did I get a response and they randomly refunded $8.50 for the delay and then decided to cancel my next order as a courtesy for the delay but that doesn’t do anything but make me wait longer for the next month. I also didn’t give them permission to cancel anything on my behalf. First excuse was because of the demand verse the supply, second excuse was that a machine was down slowing down production. Neither of those are the customers problem, and the solutions aren’t good enough since people like me rely on the benefits. It’s also unfortunate that I have to chase them down for them to explain when their website states that they have 5 day shipping, which is false advertising. If the gummies didn’t work they would get 0 stars. But based on the reviews it looks like they’re rapidly losing clients and trust since I will now have to find a more reliable brand.

I placed my order on June 11, 2026, and still do not have any tracking information. The order still has not shipped. I have reached out several times requesting for the order to be canceled and I be reimbursed for my purchase. I have received 0 response and have no information on my order.

Do not buy from this company. It is a ripoff! I ordered from them, and after a month of excuses that, because of demand, they were on backorder, they gave me an option to wait longer or get a refund. Of course, I chose the refund only to find out it was a partial refund, so out of a 135-dollar order, they refunded 26.80, and then out of the kindness of their heart, refunded another 10 dollars. Thanks for nothing, considering it was your fault I never received my order. I'm sure they know most people won't sue them for 100 dollars. I would be surprised if anyone receives their orders. BIG RIPOFF! Do not order from this scam company.

We really liked Moon Brew Extra Strength, however, they stopped listing it on their site and no one else that sells it has it either. You can get every flavor of Moon Brew under the sun now, except the only formula that works - Extra Strength. We bought Caramel Chocolate flavored and Sleep Drink Mix, but something has changed in the formula. Neither is effective as a sleep aid. We aren't getting to sleep. Tastes good. That's all you get.

I love these gummies but can’t get them in my hands. It’s hard to pay for things you never received!
Update 60 days later, received all orders and a discount! The company was honest about shipping delays and reformulation. It seems all things are back on track. So happy as these gummies really are great especially all the vitamins that they are packed with!

Not have ai do your dirty work going on 7 weeks without my order would appreciate your company doing the right thing almost two mouths being a pre pay customer and your automated message say you should be getting what I'm saying not tru is really put a bad taist in my feelings for sale customers probably not just me your company just took more money for more products not receiving

I am still waiting for my package. I ordered over two months ago. Love the product, just didnt want to wait months for delivery

We wait months for the product to come, I signed up for a subscription and even then it doesn’t show up. I asked for it to come monthly and we still wait like three months so after doing this for a couple different times I canceled the subscription. The product itself works fine and it’s disappointing that I can’t get it but it’s not worth a headache.

I placed an order more than a month ago and still haven't received it. This is the type of product that must be taken consistently, so missing >a month isn't acceptable.

The product looked as if it had been run over, the gummies were flat and overly moist! There isn’t enough product to get through a full month, and the time from the order is too long ! With a subscription I would think when you debit my account you would mail them out the same day not a week to 10 days later!!I am out almost 2 weeks before I get my next order!

This company was great. I was really enjoying thier product and it worked great, but then I havnt received my monthly order in two months and I have tried reaching out to them with no reply.

I LOVE Moonbrew and would rate 5 stars if my shipment wasn’t currently 3 weeks late. Hoping to get my next bag soon because I am obviously out! 💜✨

I have been waiting over 4 weeks for my order. I was contacted and told that it would be delayed 2-3 weeks and received an apology video. Sadly, no communication since then other than advertising for other products. I love the product just wish I could get it and get a few more updates.

Still waiting on my order from a month ago!! And no word or anything about the delay. Disappointed.

I really loved Moon Brew’s gummies, which is why this experience has been so disappointing.

I’ve been charged for my last three orders, but there is no record of them in my account. I never received the products, and I never received any shipping information. Customer service has been extremely frustrating. Emails have gone unanswered, and the chat is just an AI bot that wasn’t able to help resolve the issue.

It’s unfortunate because I genuinely enjoyed the product, but I can’t recommend ordering from a company that charges customers without providing the order or meaningful customer support. I hope they improve their customer service because the product itself was great.
