La mia esperienza è media.
La motivazione è che dopo 10 anni di investimenti molto diversificati mi sarei aspettato un capitale attuale maggiore.
Se avessi investito in titoli di stato nel 2016, ad oggi il mio capitae sarebbe maggiore.
Questo non toglie che per il momento rimango vostro cliente.

Esperienza positiva dopo 5 anni di investimenti. Applicazione molto chiara e dettagliata. Facilità nell eseguire operazioni del proprio portafoglio per prelievi e aggiunta fondi. Aggiornamento sui mercati periodico. Piattaforma di gestione app a pagamento ma per i dettagli indicati è accettabile. Unica critica: diversificazione non così grande. Gli ETF rimangono quelli per lunghi periodi senza cogliere magari ETF migliori del periodo. Bello il fatto che si possono acquistare azioni su tutti i mercati principali

Intuitive App and website which transparently facilitates tracking investments. Although most things are automated it is great to have the support of a dedicated advisor within Moneyfarm with whom to have periodic conversations over strategy. Most importantly the financial returns have been good and have weathered several global geopolitical shocks to the financial system

Sono ormai sei anni che sono cliente Moneyfarm e, di questi tempi, tra guerre e disastri vari a livello mondiale, non mi posso lamentare e non sarei capace senza la preziosa gestione di Moneyfarm dei miei umili risparmi gestire e valutare le azioni da compiere.
Quindi Avanti con Moneyfarm e NERVI SALDI che "dopo la tempesta arriva il sereno".

Trasparenza della gestione, servizio totalmente on-Line, news economiche e continua comunicazione relative alla gestione patrimoniale, drivers economici seguiti.

Opero principalmente online, quindi non interagisco direttamente con il supporto o la consulenza.
Il portale è semplice e intuitivo da utilizzare e le istruzioni per operare in autonomia sono chiare e dettagliate (es. spiegano a seconda delle modalità di versamento scelte quali saranno i tempi tecnici per la conclusione della pratica).

You need to review the level of service you provide to your customer, everything is confused. I opened an ISA and etoro after several request told me my money is invested at risk and that is why i was seeing a loss on the amount. It is unacceptable, I thought i would lose all my money. You never really explined me clearly, it was vague. Nothing to do with the people at CS, it is your service which needs to be change. And I am still having an issue cause the new provider just contacted me saying they still waiting on you cause the money should be transfered out by now

Mi affido da qualche tempo a Moneyfarm per gestire parte delle mie finanze. Lo consiglio a chiunque abbia un capitale anche piccolo, e lo voglia mettere "a lavorare" senza preoccuparsi di fare alcuna transazione finanziaria (o della situazione del mercato). Consiglio di impostare un contributo ricorrente sul portafoglio creato, è un buon modo per far crescere meglio il proprio patrimonio gestito.

Only annoying thing is how long it takes to transfer money from banks to Moneyfarm. Compered to Lightyear which takes minutes, Money farm days 4 ish days.

My wife and I opened accounts to put a total of £40,000 into cash ISA via etoro/ moneyfarm
Over the last 2-3 weeks we have attempted to deposit money, we have confirmation screens to say it will go through in the next few working days
Then nothing happens, we have even gone through the process over the phone with a customer services and taken screen shots of the confirmation. All to no avail, no money taken from our bank accounts no updates, no error messages. We gave in and closed out accounts and gone elsewhere. The other provider was up and running in less than 15 minutes compared to 3 weeks of wasted time. Will be creating another Isa next year but wont be touching etoro and moneyfarm

Servizio facile da utilizzare e trasparente. Negli ultimi anni stanno introducendo molte novità ma tutto sommato senza aumentare i costi.

Il poter disporre del supporto di una persona competente e disponibile è di grande aiuto per comprendere le dinamiche finanziarie

Opened through eToro and added money to the Cash ISA account. My money was in limbo for over a week even though i got mail saying account has been verified asking to deposit funds.. I deposited the fund when opening and it should have transferred when the account was verified - took literally 1 week after that with repeated mails and calls to customer care. I wrote asking to make a formal complaint - but got a response saying your money is in now and nothing about complaint / apology. I would not trust them again - will be transferring my ISA elsewhere asap.
