SCAM!
After seeing a picture on Instagram we have ordered a pair of shoes via the Mofft website A timeline of 12 to 15 working days is given, which was perfect for Christmas.
First surprise, for a price given in euros, at the time of the payment it switched to dollars which will trigger fees for buying abroad.
At the reception of the confirmation email the timeline given has changed to 20 working days. After 15 days we send an email to the customer service to know where is our parcel we never got a reply, and package not able to be found A few days later we finally receive the shoes and, oh surprise again, the color does not match the picture at all. We send a message on Facebook which was seen but once again never got any replies.
We have tried to call the customer service more than 15 times which appear to be busy and would not even ring.
As a summary, misleading advertising, absent customer service, scam!!
80euros for a pair of shoes we are not happy with and do not wish to keep but we’ve got no choice.
Advice, do not order via this website ever !

Do not BUY THIS BRAND... !!!! Shoes are disaster, the worst shoes I never bought ! WORST QUALITY EVER. In 2 weeks, shoes are gone... (first hole in 1 week).
Please be careful with this brand. NO ANSWER FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT

The invoice number was a fraud.

Got my shoes but it had sparkling things on it. I filed for return and I got no response from Angela (I think she's fake!!!). Basically ghosted me and I'm trying to call the number but its disconnected permanently.

Don’t trust them!!! They took my money, never shipped the items, gave me a false tracking number, and don’t respond to my attempts to get in contact.
I’m currently contacting my bank to see if I can get my $80 back..... don’t make the same mistake as me!!

Ordered a pair of boots from an Instagram ad.

Confirmation email said I would receive notification on dispatch, and then second class delivery would take 10-20 days, no problem.

6 days go by, still no confirmation of dispatch, open a support ticket, wait 4 days for a response. Response informs me that feedback has been slow due to busy christmas period, but that my parcel had been dispatch in that 4 day waiting period.

Waited 10-12 days, figured I'd check the tracking code from the previous email, see where my order was up to. No such tracking code exists.

Radio silence from Mofft since, and we're getting close to 7 weeks waiting.

Would strongly advise not to use this company.

Edit: Boots finally arrived 11 weeks after initial order.

Do not buy from this website. They advertise on Instagram and it looks legit. But i assure you, it is not!

Asked for a refund and cancelation of my order after I placed it, and before it was shipped. They never responded for 17 days. I contacted them via email, facebook messenger, and on their facebook wall. When the item arrived, against my request, it was damaged. Poorly made. Poor quality. I posted the pictures and a refund request on their facebook wall and they deleted it. They've taken my money and I'm now speaking to my bank. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Such s bad company! Took my money...doesn't answer emails or DMs then goes into deleting their social media profiles so you can't message them. You contact their site and only answer phone arrive and no other way to get through to them for a refund or your product!! TOTAL SCAM...do not loose your money like I've lost mine! I'm having to dispute through my credit card company!

I orderd some shoes and they are from a low quality not as on the picture. I want to send the shoes back but they don't respons on my e-mail for the return details. I've send 4 e-mails now but they don't answer. What a scammers they are, bad compact!!!! Not recommended!!!

good quality products and customer service is very good. They respond promptly to enquiries. Will definitely be a regular customer.

I made a purchase and made a mistake with the size, I sent an email to customer service and they responded in less than 24 hours and fixed my order. Very good service and the response time was impeccable...

I was skeptical to be honest so I was worried when ordered the cool shoes that I saw. Then got my package a few days after that and WOW! Cool shoes, quick delivery, no hassles! A very big thumbs up!

Bought sneakers and a jacket. Very low overall quality of the products. Looks way cheaper than on the photos. Price still way to high. You can find those products in Asian dollar stores or for cheaper on other websites.

I never received my product and the customer service is terrible.
