Order 14 days ago and still no product, getting to feel like I have been scammed

Buyer beware ! I ordered the offer of 2 X bottles of Vireo and was sent 2 X bottles of Estroblock instead. Upon contacting their “customer service”, which appears to be in China, i get palmed off with some nonsnce about Estroblock being the exact same item as Vireo, only it’s in an older packaging. Not one to let them off the hook, i told them this was not acceptable, and was promised the correct items would be sent. Three weeks down the line, still nothing and emails coming at 5am once a week. I opened a case with PayPal, and told Primemode i had done so. I then get an email telling me to close the case, as they cannot send a new order when a case is opened with PayPal ?! Thats not going to happen, and the case remains open ! Primemode refuses to give me return details, mucks me around, wont do an exchange for the correct product either. Utterly terrible “company”altogether. I have been leaving buyer beware comments on all their ads on Social Media to warn people of this scammer. Please do not waste your money and avoid Primemode like the plague !!!

WARNING...Rip off!!! I ordered Vireo and was sent old stock of an inferior product that Primemode had shelved.

On further reserch I noticed that the doctor recommending this product does not exist, nor does the address his FB profile states:109 Guild Street, London, NW10 1JN.

Learn from my error in dealing with this company and do not purchase this product.

Complete Scam.I ordered Vireo but received a product under a different brand name. They state UK made ingredients but the time it took to arrive and the package label suggests it came from China.
The 'brand name' I received is Beyond Elite but the label has no company information and I have no way of checking if the ingredients are in there or of what quality or source. I cannot find the company online.

I wrote to them about this and received a reply that it is the same - No, it is not the same, there are ingredients differences
Compared to your Vireo - Choline-Bitartrate – 140mg not 170mg
Polygonum Cuspidatum – Missing
Vitamin B6 as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride – Missing
I bought Vireo from them after reading their website and the testimonials and paid for the specific product that they sell.
I did not want to receive a different product by another brand I have never heard of and am disappointed.
I emailed seven times but their email address is false, it doesn't work.
Beware - this is a complete scam.
