Agree with others - sadly a scam site, no communication or delivery of items. No response from support when querying my order. Company shown on bank statement is a Mexican software company.

Scam site, no communication, no delivery of items

As others have reported this is a SCAM SITE - whilst an initial order confirmation was received no further communication and no item was delivered - company name on my credit card charge was a children's museum, not a garden supply company. AVOID!!!

Scam site. Ordered a Weber bbq last Wednesday. No order number. Money was taken out and reference was Mario! DO NOT USE!!! No reply from mobile number or email for a week now.

*Warning* THIS IS IS A SCAM SITE- I purchased a Weber BBQ and have received no invoice, no delivery date, no communication etc. do not respond to an email from a support address and whe you ring it’s a mobile with an American voice answering the voicemail. The transaction on my credit card for the BBQ is showing as computer software for a company in Mexico. Currently raising a dispute/claim through my credit card company to try and get the money back. Avoid at all costs

SCAM SITE. Ordered a BBQ. No correspondance, no reply on their phone number. Money has been taken out by 'JERRY SOLUTIONS ' In the USA. I have reported to my bank and was told by them that a re-curring payment has been set up by them also. Do not order anything from this site.

Scam site. Looks like a legitimate UK business but payment gone to USA. No receipt, order number or tracking details.
No reply to emails and contact number goes straight to voicemail.

Google AI customer reviews are misleading as actually related to similar sounding companies.

Same here.... purchased BBQ 12 days ago, heard nothing. No reply to emails or phone calls. Luckily paid by credit card!

Avoid – serious concerns about legitimacy
I placed an order for a Weber Spirit E-335 gas barbecue with MOWEF LTD (mowefltd.shop) and quickly became concerned after completing the purchase.
The order confirmation came from a Gmail address rather than a proper business email, and the payment was processed through an overseas gateway (Razorpay), despite the company presenting itself as a UK-based retailer. The site also listed non-UK payment methods such as UPI and NetBanking.
There is no verifiable online presence, no genuine customer reviews, and the listed business address appears to be residential rather than a commercial premises.
I contacted the company immediately to cancel the order and request a refund but received no response.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before purchasing from this website.
