Please, please read this before coming to this website and buying someone. They take you money faster than you can blink and send you no email for confirmation or anything. Live chat is a disgrace getting told to wait 2-3 business hours for an email and ‘ plzz wait’ . Now ignoring me for a refund so will have to wait for a week with my bank. Avoid this place at all costs it is a scam.

Defo a scam and website is now deleted. I’m assuming we probably all received the same fake FedEx tracking number 871556679994 too which says the item has been delivered to M.Gabdeepan in Chelmsford (not where I live or my name). Luckily ordered with PayPal so hopefully they are able to sort it

SCAM!!!! This website is a full blown scam I placed an order paid through PayPal and even got my receipts then after waiting 2 weeks and having no contact I tried contacting them several times with no response. Luckily I was able to get my money refunded via PayPal but do not fall for their scam!!

Bought an E bike from proecolyte recently. Delivery was smooth the bike arrived well packed and everything works great. just make sure to use the official proecolyte.com sites as there are scam copycat sites online.

At first i was bit unsure after seeing another website using the same photos and branding as proecolyte. still i decided to order directly from the official store and I am really glad i did. my order arrived safely the quality matched the description perfectly and their customer support was quick and helpful whenever i reached out.

Unfortunately before ten days most of this warning reviews wasn't here,we all been scammed before week I ordered Ebike and paid full price over PayPal.Tomorow is working day number 7 still i didn't get my order so i was try to go on sellers website and find out that is not existing anymore. Thief guys,now is late for as hope so i will sort out some refund from PayPal.Hope so they will spend my money for hospital bills and medications.....

I wish I had seen all these warnings before I ordered .I am trying to get money back via bank .goods never arrived. Contact number not activated. Why is no authority picking this up and take them of line 😒 scam .robbery .

Not sure why this web site exists. I ordered a sleeping bag. Paid with PayPal. Then nothing. When I enquired they said wait 2-4 days for shipping info. When I pointed out that 5 days elapsed they said wait.
So I raised a dispute with PayPal who refunded my payment. What a waste of time. AVOID - it must be some sort of SCAM just not sure how 🤬

I ordered something online and it was a pretty experience.the website was easy enough to use and i got a conformation right after placing the order.delivery came within a few days and everything was fine when it arrived nothing to much complicated just a straightforward process.

Ordered this toolkit few days ago and quality turned out than expected. the tools feel sturdy and comfortable to use.good for small home repairs and daily use. packaging was fine and delivery was on time too.

Carefull guys. This is pure Scam.
I have payed for an E bike on 05-05-2026 and payed the whole at same. But after payment I get a payment confirmation on the website but no any order confirmation yet.
I have been keep trying to contact them
through the email and contact number provided but none answered. I was trying to chat with them via online customer assistant which is only activate only after UK time 9 pm. After I realised it's a scam I asked for refund or any proof that support that I've got a order confirmation but now they blocked me on chat.
Careful guys, it's a scam. A big red flag

Really enjoying this e-bike so far. it looks great rides smoothly and feels comfortable for daily use.battery life is decent and the bike feels solid.giving 4 star because setup took a little time.

After reading the reviews, i was a little nervous before ordering, but everything arrived exactly as promised. the quality feels great, the cedar wood is sturdy, and it looks beautiful outdoors.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. WE ORDERED A 2 POST BASE LIFT AND IT HASNT ARRIVED. WHEN WE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAY CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER THEREAFTER DO NOT REPSOND TO FURTHER MESSAGES. STAY CLEAR

It’s a SCAM do not buy anything they do not reply I have to 30 days to get a charge back from my bank

I ordered this cook-top and everything was fine on delivery.it works well, heats up fast, and looks nice in the kitchen.controls are easy to use overall it does the job.
Only a small thing is it needs regular cleaning,but no big issue.happy with the purchase.
