Poor Communication
Fast delivery & nice model. Unfortunately delivered to wrong address. Accidentally put in shipping address for delivery. No opportunity to review details before purchasing unlike Amazon. I immediately realized my mistake & tried to reach out via email. Company acknowledged my email with a generic reply thanking me for my purchase but failed to resolve issue. Therefore sending model to USA instead of a few miles down the road from there warehouse. Resulting in a model I’ll now have to deliver next time I visit the UK & having unneeded taxes & tariffs. My fault initially but poor follow through from Model Universe.
