Very useful app and super helpful costumer service!
My subscription restarted (after I stopped it due to my own lack of finances) for no apparent reason, and they helped me cancel it and refunded the money.
Super sweet and when I have more money I’ll definitely get a subscription again.
Made my life much easier during stressful times and helped me reduce time spend on making shopping lists and deciding what to cook for dinner.

BEWARE!! They allow you to sign up for a trial on your phone but require you to have a desktop computer to cancel. When following their instructions to email them to cancel (as I didn’t have a desktop) they emailed me a FAQ on how to cancel, don’t cancel as per my request and went ahead and charged my account the annual fee.

This company is created oriented to sucking money out of customers, and then making it extremely hard / impossible to cancel the subscription. I saw it coming from a mile away and 30 mins after downloading the app I was already emailing the company to not get overcharged. I asked and got an answer to my email, to cancel the subscription 1 week before the pay day. Even though a worker answered me, they still charged the monthly fee and they will continue to do so . THEY ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT GIVE YOUR CARD DETAILS !!!!!!

Very prompt, efficient reply and my request was sorted with no questions asked … so all in all a very professional approach from a relatively young company…

Great app, good, easy to follow recipes! Super helpful and kind and support team when I reached out with a subscription question.

Recipes are not very tasty. Not enough flexibility in the shopping list to add items that may not be in the recipes. Trial period is too short to try enough recipes to know if this app is worth it.

Love the Mob subscription- brilliant recipes for all meal types, great filters and realistic cooking times (which is what we’ve struggled with in the past with things like hello fresh etc), brilliant feature for planning meals/making lists of your favourite recipes and also making a weekly shopping list - made food shopping 10x quicker.
We’ve cooked a lot of recipes for family and friends who have equally enjoyed them. This is definitely my favourite recipe / food subscription - will continue to recommend to everyone we know.
Customer service has also been fantastic when we’ve needed it so thank you!

Loads of options to try out easy meals to challenging yourself … good filters to search for food and saving items also always an idea of you are stuck for dinner … also the customer service team really helpful if you need them

Great recipes…..I love the fact there are different categories and also that there are meals designed for speed etc.

So this is a mixed bag for me - I wanted meals for low calorie and low carb, really for T2 diabetic, but the algorithms didnt express that, so it wasn't for me sadly - there is no option to say you are diabetic, so while the food for great for me, it wasn't great for my husband and had a high glycemic value - BUT customer service was great! Love the concept but in reality it didnt work for us.

If you haven’t got this, get it! I’m loving it so much I’ve upgraded to the years subscription with the help of customer services, who were great. Got an email reply from an AI representative at first but asked to speak to a person instead and it transferred me to Jess who was very helpful.
I’m normally quite stingy when it comes to buying within apps, but this is definitely worth the money for me. Too many old cook books in my house that don’t get opened. With this, everything is right at your fingertips and it can even replace scrolling on Instagram lol, only thing is you end up starving looking at all the food.
The range of recipes is fantastic and have all been delicious so far. The filter options are great, so you can tailor it to what you need that day. It provides a shopping list which is very handy, and then once you’ve made the recipe, it throws out suggestions for other recipes based on the ingredients you bought from the shopping list.
It’s really encouraging me to be more adventurous and cook more as half the battle is thinking (dreading) what to have for dinner sometimes!!
Lunch ideas are great too, so good for meal prepping for the week ahead.

I accidentally created two diff accounts one with apple log-in and the other at the website and got both a free trial at the same time and didn't notice. Then I got charged from the one I didn't know existed. As soon as I reached to them they answered quickly and refunded me. I'm so grateful.

Customer service was outstanding when I contacted them. 10 out of 10
