15 years and still going strong

Got results after 3 months
Update 8th May 2025. Three months later I think my body finally adapted to it. It does work, I just needed a 3 months adaption period. I have more energy, and recovery time has shortened quite a bit. I just wish it was less expensive. So I'm bumping from 3 to 4 stars.

It didn't work very well for me. I have a mitochondrial illness (complex iv) so I was hopeful. But my sleep was totally off, it was not a restaurative sleep and my eyes felt weird/extremely tired upon waking up. As if I was in rem all night. Occasionally I take half a capsule in especially demanding days when I need to get stuff done.

Not everyone will feel a noticeable effect, however, MitoQ will be working silently inside the mitochondria to help rebuild & restore their function. MitoQ addresses mitochondrial function and cell stress. This typically manifests itself over time. If you are fit and active, then you may have lower levels of cell stress, making any noticeable difference you experience less than someone with higher levels of cell stress.
Regardless of whether you do or do not feel anything from taking MitoQ, with consistent use, it will be acting in a supportive manner to help limit free radical damage, which over time can lead to cell stress.

Disappointed with auto shipping
I really like this company’s product, but I’m extremely disappointed with their sneaky approach to auto-shipping. By default, they enroll you in automatic shipments without making it clear upfront. No company should do this—it should be a transparent choice, not a hidden setup. To make matters worse, they’re now ignoring my emails. This kind of practice is frustrating and unacceptable.

Really need to implement a reminder process/email before subscriptions are sent out. It's such an expensive product that if the sub is not needed, or needs to be postponed, it's a lot of money to take from someone's account.
