I emailed customer service and told them my issue and Michelle quickly responded and helped resolve my problem. Michelle was kind and followed up with my new tracking information and even followed up with me after my product was delivered. Definitely the best customer service ive ever had to deal with. I appreciate the kindness that Michelle had given me.

Truly exceptional customer service!

I have had NOVOS Core and Boost on subscription for over three years. My husband and I travel full-time and change locations frequently. In addition to having excellent, research-backed longevity products, their customer service team goes above and beyond to work with me to ensure I receive my products each month, wherever I am. I truly appreciate their attention and care on an ongoing basis.

Product Great--Support Sucks

I have to start by saying I love the Core and Boost product. I've been using them for 4 years and would love to continue to use.
However, as good as the products are, the customer support the total opposite. I have tried for several months to stop auto-ship. At one point they told me I had two accounts in their system and that's why I kept getting deliveries I hadn't ordered.
Last month I thought I had finally gotten into a conversation with someone on their team who seemed to know what they were doing. I believed we had stopped all deliveries until I ordered again.
Alas, it was too good to be true. I just received another order I hadn't placed. When I look at my credit card they have charged me two times on the same day for an amount that is significantly more than the one product that was just delivered...that I hadn't ordered.
Maybe they should go back to the lab, focus on formulations and new products, and stop trying to be an ecommerce company. Fire all the support and logistics people and outsource those services to a 3rd party that actually knows how to manage them. I'm sure they could save money and miserable customer service.

My order was delayed by the courier company so I reached out to customer support and they set up a new shipment right away. However when the delivery came there was an additional COD charge that I had never had to pay previously. Again I reached out to customer support and they immediately credited me for the extra cost. Novos customer support were courteous, and quick with their replies and actions. So 5 Stars!! Thank you.

I had an entirely positive experience…

I had an entirely positive experience with Novos' support when my order was being checked by customs. The Novos employee, Moises, provided me with every possible assistance, offering various options and guiding me through the bureaucratic process until the goods arrived. Even after that, he answered my questions about the product. The response time was fantastic, the communication excellent – ​​very friendly and competent. I am truly impressed by such professionalism. Thank you to the team and especially to Moises.

Got To Go With The Science

Delighted to have discovered Novos Core. Appreciate the depth and breadth of longevity science that went into its formulation. Am also reassured to see more Novos customers on the leaderboard of The Rejuvenation Olympics than any similar product.

It is one of my wife’s and my non-negotiable daily supplements.

NEVER buy the Novos Age Kit

I bought Novos Age kit and had an absolutely the worst experience ever. It has been 3.5months since I sent my blood sample. They sent me an email after 4 weeks, notifying me that the test result is in. But I couldnt find the result. So I reached out to the customer service and they said that email was an error and that there is some delay in processing. So I waited another 2 weeks. Still no result. So I reached out again and they repeated the same AI answer (i.e. significant delay, so sorry, just wait). Now it has been 3.5 months. Still no result. They claim that the results are generally available in 4-6 weeks. What a lie! Despite my repeated request for an update, they never told me by when I can expect the test result. At this point, I think they just lost my blood sample. Even if they didnt lose it, it is 3.5months old blood sample! How can they even give me an accurate result? Absolutely the worst experience ever. They are not even saying that they will give me a refund.... super frustrating.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. First and foremost, we want to sincerely apologize for the frustration and lack of clarity you experienced. A 3.5-month wait is well beyond our standard 4-6 week window, and the communication you received clearly didn't meet the level of support we strive to provide.

We have investigated your account to understand exactly what went wrong. It appears a technical sync error occurred due to two overlapping orders placed on February 9th. While one was canceled, two kits were dispatched. This led to your sample being logged under a different ID than the one visible on your active dashboard, which is why our team (and our automated systems) initially struggled to locate your data.

Regarding your concerns about the sample and results:

Accuracy: Please be assured that your sample was processed and analyzed by the lab shortly after it was received. While the visibility of the results was delayed due to the system error, the actual testing was performed on a fresh sample within the required stability window.
Status: We have since reconciled the data, and your finalized results were sent to your email on March 18th.

We realize that an apology doesn't give you those months back, but we are using your experience to improve how our system handles duplicate orders to ensure this doesn’t happen to another customer.

Definitely the best bars I have ever had! They are delicious! I love knowing the ingredients are so good, pure and healthy. I would buy more but they are a bit pricey. No doubt in this instance, you get what you pay for.

Product is great

Product is great, I'm subscribed for years now. Even if I have some issues with something, the support is always there to land a hand. I don't foresee myself canceling my subscription any time soon and I hope the product will only get better.

Michelle

Michelle has always been extremely helpful, quick to respond and answer my questions. She then proceeds to do her best to fix any problem. I have been using Novos for a long while now and I love all the products. I start off with my Novos Core (orange), have my healthy breakfast, then my boost with my other medications. In the afternoon I have a Novos Peanut Butter bar. Thank you for all your great products. I am 72 heading to 100.

Novos Core works for skin elasticity and clarity

I have been using almost all of the Novos products for the past full year now, and I can confidently say that my skin health has changed drastically. While I do take good care of my skin, this has helped rebuild so much collagen and elastin in my face. I am almost 38 years old and my Novos age test with no makeup, no filters, and very clear daylight said I have the facial age of a 23-year-old. I have even gotten many compliments and several people have asked what I have been doing and this is really the only thing I have changed. I am most consistent with Novos core every day and the NMN boost. The only thing I wish is that Novos would make a product that Actually worked for melasma and dark, aging spots and hyper pigmentation. Novos is clearly a leader in longevity, but I have yet to find anything that effectively works for melasma, aside from a laser. I have yet to find any products or ingestible supplements that truly work to reduce melasma, and believe me, I have tried them all. And while they’re at it, please make a product to reduce hair shedding/hair loss as well. I took tranexamic acid orally for melasma, and while it does work to clear up melasma and hyperpigmentation on the skin, I’m not convinced it didn’t make all my hair fall out. And taking Tranexamic acid orally only reduces melasma while taking it. So once you stop, it all comes right back and you’re left with all the other damaging side effects as well. I know I’m not the only one struggling with hair loss right now. Maybe Novos can discover the true cause and make a hormone balancing supplement (since melasma and hair loss can also be hormone related).

Answered my science based questions

I'm fairly well educated in the longevity sciences and over the last 25 years have developed my own longevity protocol taking into consideration the latest science. I asked the Novos staff several questions regarding synergy between their "Core" product and other longevity related drugs (like Rapmyacin) and I was satisfied with their well researched answers

NOVOS Benefits

I have been using NOVOS Core, Boost, and Vital for approximately two years. I am one month away from becoming 83. I believe that my good health, energy, and appearance have been enhanced by NOVOS. I hike and travel in the US and internationally. My daily life is not much different from when I was fifty. I believe this is the result of my life view as well as using NOVOS and good health practices.

I enjoyed Novos core. I have also tried the vital and bars.i have enjoyed good health during the time I used core. I've decided to take a break.
I'm a senior and the monthly spend is making it tough.

I ordered Novos Core

I ordered Novos Core. I didn’t expect to like a supplement so much, but I found that this one is worth every penny. I used to buy one ingredient supplements and then take like 20-30 different capsules, but I realized it actually makes way more sense to order Novos Core and then I take other supplements intermittently, like maybe once a week, so I don’t waste them. I’ve noticed that I’m having less cravings for bad food. I noticed my skin is glowing. I noticed I was getting more good ideas and I felt more calm, like a mood stabilizing effect. I’m pretty good at regulating my emotions, so I didn’t expect to feel emotionally uplifted. I was also noticing I was killing my workouts, they just seemed to be less difficult. I would look in the mirror when I’d wake up in the morning and think I’m looking so youthful. So anyways, I’ve been telling random people in elevators that they should try this supplement, it’s a game changer. I don’t think it’s the placebo effect because I wasn’t really expecting anything.
