Mask and spare filters.
Ordered a mask and spare filters Saturday morning and it was ready to pick up same day at midday.
The mask and filters are first rate quality and very comfortable to wear.
Shane runs a tight business model and would recommend him with out hesitation.

The website was clear and easy to navigate. Showed plenty of images of the products and the products purchased matched the disruption. Payment was quick and simple and postage was very fast.

I personally hand write a thank you to all my customers because I understand that without happy customers I cease to exist.
I’m really disappointed that you waited until review stage to make your statement that you didn’t get what you paid for. Unfortunately after writing an email to you on Monday 6th July to advise you one of the products was out of stock. To date I’ve never received a reply from you.
In order to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible I wrote a note explaining that I had replaced the out of stock item with another similar style and colour. It’s price point was more expensive. And I also upgraded your mystery underwear with a premium style I don’t normally use. I haven’t received or heard from you since you placed your order, I assumed you had been happy with the items. I have a 30 day refund and exchange policy & would happily exchange the items for another choice, you only need to make contact with me! shane@mistermann.com.au
I’ve also emailed you separately earlier today, so far no response. Possibly you have entered a wrong email address into your order, please feel free to make contact to discuss further.

I contacted Shane as I was moving…
I contacted Shane as I was moving houses and was aware of delays to get appox ETA. He advised that order arrived however didn’t have the detailing of red but had it in blue and showed me a photo and had link to the product to see if I was happy which was completely fine and will send. He also initiated a week later to tell me that he didn’t end up sending my item which I appreciate his honesty and taking ownership of error and the item arrived the next day. From this experience I will definitely be back for more items after I sort my wardrobe in new place and definitely recommend buying from Mister Man
