Agree with other customers- customer service is non existent. The "color changing foundation" is a joke- it goes on white, stays white and is very thick. They will not respond to numerous requests and are just ignoring me as they have done to so many customers. Stay far away from this company!

This company is a scam. Product (foundation) does not work, they will not respond to repeated requests to return the item. Stay away

I ordered a set of reusable lashes after being seduced by the advertising on Instagram. Sorry to say the lashes did not stick to my skin but just fell straight off.
After several emails to the company and eventually going through paypal resolution has not been resolved. The company is a scam

Do not buy the magnetic lashes they don't even stay on.. I've bought through PayPal so I've had to open a case as they're ignoring my emails and then only offered me a partial refund even though it states you have 60 days to return if you're not happy and they'll refund every single penny. Absolute scam

SCAM COMPANY! Awful eyelashes and when I followed their stated procedure for returns I have been constantly ignored. This has been on-going for 4 months and I have not had any replies to my countless emails! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

This is a scam. They take your money. Tell the order was delivered and was not. I'm still waiting on a response. SCAM!

My order #25188 has never been received!!! I have sent these people countless emails which NO ONE has contacted me but yet keep sending me the same email response!! I wrote NEGATIVE REVIEW on FACEBOOK and still NO ONE reached out!! I ordered these lashes 2 months ago!! This is a BAD COMPANY!! You got my money and I have no PRODUCT!! If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered these lashes almost a month ago and was so excited to get them. Just to receive them and they don’t even stick on at all.. has to be the worst experience ever. I should have read reviews before I purchased but o well…. Never ever again

The lashes were ordered by mistake. I tried to contact the company as soon as I realized within minutes and they did not reply to 2 emails, even though the auto email reply said someone would contact me right away.
The lashes came, so I thought What the heck, let's try them. They are garbage. They don't stick AT ALL. There were no instructions. Another hard lesson learned. I know they won't refund me.

I received some eyelashes went to put them on and the glue was caught on the casing so as I gently eased them off the glue dispersed and they were no good. I contacted Miss Actually on 02/10/23 and have followed up with 4 more emails but have had no reply. I sent them an email informing them that the eyelashes were faulty and I wanted to return them for a refund. Do not shop on their website I have since heard 3 stories from friends who for various reasons contacted Miss Actually & they have been ignored!

Ordered towards the end of August, never received. Emailed twice. They are literally committing fraud. This is the second time i’ve ordered products through shopify stores and not received. Have learnt a huge lesson!

Placed order almost a month ago, got a notice stating item has been shipped but the tracking is still in waiting to receive item at the post office. I have emailed multiple times with no response. DO NOT ORDER THESE. You will just be throwing your money away.

Wish I had seen these reviews before my purchase this company is a scam they advertise 60 day money back return policy but they do not reply to return requests when all the steps on the website are followed. This is a scam their products are faulty and rubbish. And the positive reviews are fake!

It's a scam!!! Never received the product even though it said it was delivered 😞 should have checked the reviews first! I emailed them and heard nothing back, lost $45 I wish they had a zero star rating. Just a scam stay away. No customer service.

I am very disappointed with these lashes. I bought some for my holiday, and wore them twice, even then they didn't stay on the whole evening they started to fall off. Then on the 3rd wear the lashes started to fall apart, was not impressed at all as the advertising for this item says they stay on, even waterproof, load of rubbish. I emailed them twice with a pic of them and have had no response at all. Very bad customer service, very bad product, don't waste your money on these, a load of rubbish!!
