I too would give this company a 0 if I could and wish I had read these reviews!! AVOID AVOID AVOID this company - goods not as advertised, poor quality and trying to get a refund and return goods is impossible!! Fortunately Amex have been very helpful in assisting to get my money back although I still have no return address to send the goods to, having said that the dress is only fit to use as a dish cloth!!

I would rate this bunch as zero if I could . Shocking quality the item is a million miles away from the picture of the top I thought I was purchasing . Needs to be prevented from trading . I’ve asked for a return form . WISH ME LUCK ! DO NOT BUY FROM MINT LONDON

The first order I placed was okay. It took the goods a long time to arrive and the tracking system showed that they were being shipped from far away which should have alerted me. The second was much worse in quality terms but the returns process is so onerous and expensive that I agreed to a refund of 10% of the purchase price, which is still probably more than it’s worth. I get to keep the goods which is scant comfort as they’re nasty. Avoid.

Avoid this company at all cost, I tried to cancel my order as I had a bad feeling about them to be told I couldn't but if I was unhappy with the dresses I could return and get a refund. The first attempt to obtain the the returns address they offered me a size smaller. The dress was a size 8 which is the smallest size they do, I notified them and they offered a 15% refund and I keep the dresses the next email they offered me a 30% refund and keep the dresses. I told them absolutely not and that I was going to trading standards,they sent me the return address which is in China. The cost to return was £19.50 but the order was £66.20 I sent it tracked on the 16th July it arrived in China on 1st August then went to customs on the 3rd and is still there waiting for them to pay the customs charge. I did get my money back thanks to my bank. This company is a scam ! I also phoned citizen advice who automatically report to trading standards so I hope this company is stopped from scamming people.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered in haste and thought it was connected with Mint Velvet. Big Mistake!!!! Tried to cancel straight away when my suspicions were raised but they said I couldn't. Waited ages for my order to arrive (obviously not coming from London). When it did, it was an item short. The items I received were of appalling quality. I emailed to say I needed to return them and that the delivery was short of an item and am now not hearing from them at all!!! I am trying to dispute the transaction with my bank. Like the others, wish I had read the reviews first and not been misled by their name thinking they were associated with Mint Velvet. I thought I was savvy at this kind of thing, first time caught. Do not place an order with them

The items were not as described or photographed and the quality is shockingly terrible. Even so, they require me to pay £30 to send them back to China for a refund. I don't trust them to do this or they will find fault with something. I'm not prepared to throw good money after bad. Have complained to Trading Standards and Fraud Action, who are looking into their operation. Suggest they are money laundering!

I would rate them 0 if that was an option
Placed my order 28th July no signs of my item yet, yet the update says 2 delivery failures which is absolute bollocks as I was home both times, plus the item would have easily fit through the letter box

When you contact they just send you a generic reply like one response fits all

Foolish of me to order before reading reviews but I hope mine along with others prevents others from doing so.

Mint London you are criminals to say the least !

Scammers - when you view a product online they will place their own link implying you are buying that product at a discount but you're not!!! You're getting a cheap, knock-off copy of the product direct from China. Mint London know full well what they're doing - acting as a middleman to sell you trash. When you want a refund (which you inevitably will) they will tell you to return the item to China. You're far better off going to the cheapest street market that you can find looking at similar products then walking away thinking NO WAY AM I GOING TO BUY THAT.

PS - Because your item has to be shipped from China it will take some weeks to arrive. Luckily it will only take you a minute to throw it in the bin.

If I could give them a 0 I would. The dress promises nothing that they promised. Fabric and cut is poor. It gapes where it stated this cut didn't. I can't wear it . It smells nasty. Would cost about £7 from other sites, I was completely ripped off and was sucked in by the lovely images on their website. I paid £40 and want to cry. If you return it you have to pay to send it back abroad. Am going to pursue with trading standards to get their site shut down. I wish I'd have googled them before buying. Would not recommend and do not buy anything from this company. SCAM

Don't use this company. They are not Mint, and not London. Clothes are poor quality, nothing like the pictures, wrong sizes, some had no content/care labels. Website does say returns due to change of mind is return to China but gives impression returns under 14 day policy may be different as gives a support email. It's not. To get 100% money back you need to ship to China, but by the time you have squeezed the address out of them, you are short on the 14 days as shipping to China can take time.

The dress I ordered was of very poor quality the fabric was awful and I wish I had read all the reviews beore buying. The return is back to China which I was not going to do. Afer many emails ( which were answered immediately) I was offered a 30% partial refund I eventually settled for 70%, and to keep the dress, which I don't want.If you are returning any item please take care and don't give up, you have right for better service. Better still don't buy from Mint London

Feels like a total scam! The dress I ordered took ages to arrive, looked nothing like the picture, quality was terrible, dress was crushed, not a good experience trying to get shipping details to return, will not be using again, wish I had read reviews first!

Very poor quality and sizing, would cost a fortune to send back to Asia, terrible customer service as well, AVOID AVOID AVOID and tell all your friends and family to do the same 😡😡😡

Do not buy from this site. Worst quality, material and workmanship on any item of clothing I have purchased. Nothing like described. Cheap material, uneven seams. Could’ve sewed it better myself. All shipped from China.

Refunds are a joke. I was offered a series of deals to keep the product (cheap looking and not what I expected) and refused. Posted items back to China at a cost of £26 and still not received my refund two months later

Shocking scam. Rags sent instead of advertised goods. Returns made very difficult. I've probably lost all my money 🫩

Terrible quality, and not as advertised. Do NOT buy from this website! Top & dress purchased were a complete waste of money- and have gone in the bin.

Don’t buy from this site - don’t confuse it with Other companies !!! The clothes are shabby & come from Asia & returns are made difficult as expensive postage costs so you end up keeping the rags!!!
