Worst scam company I’ve ever come across, appalling quality, appalling returns policy total rubbish - don’t get sucked in !

Please don’t buy anything from this company
Just received a top ordered in my standard size - at least 2 sizes too small and very odd shape ( no material between neck line and top of sleeve)
Really badly made no label / size . Cheep material. Poor stitching Really awful .

How is this company and related company Oliver Harrison London still be trading and taking peoples money it’s just not right.My own experience was miserable and all they promise is just Chinese whispers.All the Trust Pilot reviews mean nothing to them they just carry on !!!!!and on.

Do not buy from this company. The product I ordered was very poor quality, awful polyester fabric and not like pictured. As other reviewers have said, returning is almost impossible and they offer refund of 10% of cost for you to keep the (unwanted!) item. AVOID.

Avoid this company at all costs. Total scam.
Wish I had read these reviews before ordering, lesson learnt.
Oversized, poor quality clothing with zero chance of getting your money back, despite numerous attempts at trying.

Wow, disappointing would be an understatement. How I wish I had read the reviews, before wasting my money on a cleaning rag. Got caught out big time. The item pictured looked so pretty, but in reality, it was such poor quality and fit.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!! THESE ARE A SCAM!! Anything you order with them you can easily buy from Shein at a fraction of the price.Unfortunately I was an idiot who never looked on here to find out what sort of company they were and they are not cheap in price but their goods are!. They do not accept returns even though they state they do. They gave me an address to return all my items but infact that was fake! This is a Chinese company and will offer you a refund of 10% then if your not happy 20% and lastly 30%.... but you will never see this money. They will also send you disrespectful emails.

Absolutely terrible quality. One item missing. No point in returning to China. Lesson learnt!

Very very poor quality. To return have to send to China or accept a 10% refund. Sure Trading Standards should have something to say about this. Not acceptable.

I tried to return two dresses and they have to be returned to China AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE

I too wish I read these reviews before I engaged with this company. Ordered 2 dresses in different sizes because (admittedly I didnt read right to the very very end of the T&Cs) I believed there were free returns. Both dresses are horrendous, so cheap and nasty even Bet Lynch wouldnt have worn them. I cant believe I was so gullible. So far they have offered me 10% refund, refused, today by a new customer service assistant, she managed to get a manager to up that to 30%. Guess what refused. Why would I want to keep 2 very nasty cheap dresses. Have raised a dispute with my CC, but according to Mint, this will take months so I should accept their offer. I dont think so. Prepared to wait.

UPDATE: having raised a dispute through my CC company, Mint have now offered a 70% refund and I keep the dresses as long as I cancel the callback on my credit card. Sorry the answer is still no.

Further update - full refund from my credit card. Mint London want me to cancel the callback and accept 70% 🤣🤣. Lesson learnt plus always use a credit card.

When trying to return 2 dresses that were too big and poor quality I was offered 35% refund but I held out for full refund. Having paid nearly £30 in recorded delivery postage my goods have been held in customs now since 16th June. Mint London originally said they would pay customs and deduct from my refund but now I’m being told that I ah e to pay and u cannot contact customs to do this
Do NOT order from this company I have benn patience to date but 7weeks later this is running thin. I still do not have my refund or help with getting any closer

As with other reviews. I received a poor quality, over-sized top for£29.99 that I wouldn’t even pay a £5 for.
As soon as you try to exercise your consumer rights, you get their returns policy (apparently 14days) , but then you are expected to pay return fees…….to ASIA!
I’ve complained (don’t expect to get anywhere)and will report the site to Facebook

Ordered 18th July still no order 6th August. I just wish I had read the reviews would never have ordered going to try and get a refund through my credit card as doesn't seem that a refund is possible after reading a number of reviews

Very slow delivery, very poor quality garment and looks nothing like it did in the pictures. the company make it almost impossible to return. Will never go near them again

The dress I ordered was nothing like the one on line, material and style dreadful. Have sent an email to Mint about a return. Dearly wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
Am really cross with myself for being taken in by this company.

After waiting 2 weeks for delivery my top arrived. Have to say that the garment itself is ok but fabric and colour nothing like the picture. Fabric which I thought would be much more delicate is more like pillow case type Fabric
The colour, would actually work well for a pillowcase! Disappointed will not be ordering again
