Please tell everyone not to order from this company Also be aware they often change their trading name. I thought
i t was Mint Velvet. The goods were sub-standard rubbish. Usual excuses but no refund. Promised 70% but didn't get it. Don't believe a word they say. Scammer award goes to MINT LONDON. They are the most awful company. Save your money.

Do not buy from this company. Wrong fit sent. I actually looked them up first before ordering and they look like based in London. They are not. It is a Chinese address I had to send goods back to for refund at £23.50. It was the principle after so many emails back and forth trying to get refund. In the end had to go to my card issuer.

I would not even give one star, absolutely appalling quality and an outright scam. I ordered a dress that took ages to arrive and when it did it was the cheapest material ever and shapeless. I contacted customer services immediately asking for a refund and to return the dress. I was offered 10% and then 20% which incidentally I have never received. I was told it would cost more than I had paid for the dress (rag) to return it, I’m not sure how that would work out as they had posted it to me and it could not have cost them that much.
I have emailed asking where my 20% is but have had no response, I have heard they have gone into liquidation and reopened with new name.
Please do not buy from this horrendous company is my strong advice and I hope they are caught up with.

Basically, do not buy from this company. I made the mistake of not checking reviews first, I'm always very vigilant but I have to say they got me this time! I ordered two items of clothing that arrived but are very poor quality and not what I was expecting for the price I paid. After several emails back and forth I eventually gave in and accepted a 50% refund - two weeks later still no refund received and they stopped corresponding so I have had to raise a dispute with my bank, not sure if I will ever get my refund.

Bought a dress in July for a wedding. It arrived too late and was nothing like the dress in the picture. I got in touch and said I wanted to return it only to be told I had to return it myself at my own cost and pay postage and duty which would be more than the dress was worth. They finally agreed to give me 50% back which I am still waiting for. Do not buy from this company

Avoid this company at all costs. The items I ordered were of very poor quality. 4 months after returning them, at a considerable cost, and despite numerous emails and promises, I am still waiting for my refund. One star is too generous.

Clothing is not as advertised. Sub-standard and ultra poor quality. Not a UK company, cheap, tatty Chinese crap! DO NOT BUY.
It's impossible to return as it's a residential address in China and customer support are appalling.
Essentially it's a total scam!!

The items received were cheap and shoddy and not at all as portrayed. After many emails I managed to get a return address and I posted them back at a significant cost to me. I sent the parcel tracked but eventually got a response from the post office saying the goods had been undeliverable.
I would advise anyone NOT to deal with this outfit.
I think they are scammers.

Do not buy from this website. Clothing is nothing like pictures, sizing is wrong and quality very poor. When trying to return they offer discount to purchase a larger size. Following numerous emails whereby I had the choice to return item at my own cost or accept 30% discount, I gave up. It has taught me a lesson to check reviews and where the item is being shipped from

The quality of goods is one of the worst I have received and the customer service is awful. Have been waiting on a refund of £87 from early August. They have promised the refund is coming. But it’s lies there won’t be refund.

Don’t waste your time or money on this company!

These people are criminals.

The merchandise I received was nothing like their website and similar to others here I asked for a refund but never got it. They have very clever bots that reply sounding very human but the whole thing is a scam. Criminals.

I did order my top from Mint in July this year and didn’t get it till September.
The staff l corresponded with ,all seemed very helpful .
Not sure why my original parcel did not arrive ,but l was then offered a reorder of my top or refund . I decided to go for the same top and hoped for the best . .
The top did arrive just about a week later .
I have to say it does look like the original picture and l am really pleased with it .
Let’s hope this company has turned things around and will become much better to deal with .

Like so many others I was scammed by this company, receiving sub standard clothing. I too went through the rigmarole of sending email after email, each time receiving their increasing offer of a percentage refund without me returning clothing. I held out and raised a query with my credit company, sending email copies as proof of their illegal way of operating. I have eventually heard that the query has been successful and Mint London have fully refunded. The whole process took about three months. So if you've been caught out too please persevere! Report this to your bank/credit company. Don't accept refunds, which won't happen anyway, and don't return to China at your own cost as they still won't refund you. This has been a lesson learnt for me, I'll always check properly before ordering from a company I think I know now!! Good luck everyone!

This company is a complete fraud. They need to be banned from any advertising!! The quality of their clothes are awful and as everyone else has said trying to get a refund from them is impossible!!!

Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering from Mint London. Product was totally different to how advertised (style, quality and size). Refund policy is a total scam and NOT as stated on website. They offer 10% of original price to avoid costs and complexities of returning abroad to their wholesaler. They do not accept that my contract is with them the retailer and their responsibility to deal with their wholesaler. After protracted correspondence and numerous excuses why my fraction of the cost still had not been refunded, they have now gone silent. I’ve bought from foreign retailers on Instagram before and received refunds when required and would not have purchased from this retailer if they weren’t advertising the same. I’ve kept all correspondence but lesson learnt!

Do not buy from this company as per other reviews , they supply absolute rubbish and not what you ordered . Trying to get any refund is impossible, please do incur any additional costs to return any items to them. Suggest you contact your card provider and report them as I do believe this is a scam organisation

Dresses very poor quality. Looked nothing like the illustration online. Refusing to refund. Said I had returned to the wrong address. Expected me to return to Asia at my cost. Appalling. Do not buy from this company.

As everyone else has stated. I have received poor quality items, returned them and 4 months later still not received a refund.
They are demanding I pay £31 customs costs upfront before a refund will be issued.
I have stated I will pay the customs costs but deduct it from the £127 they owe me.
They are refusing to do this.
I have reported them to the UK International Consumer Cente which supports UK consumers with resolving disputes with companies outside of the UK.

I would encourage everyone to do the same and prevent this SCAM organisation from operating in the UK.

Do not buy from this company. Returns must be sent to China (at your cost - mine was over £25) and then they say you must pay import tax (no proof of this cost but they say it must be deducted from the refund). Even with these steps I still have not had a refund.
