Absolutely avoid purchasing anything from this company . Like other reviews I agreed in August to keep the item even tho it was no good to me , but the return cost where ridiculous, after much negotiation it was agreed I would get a 30% refund . Numerous email later they have stopped replying and still no refund . Don’t waste your money with this company.

If I could give a zero star review, I would.
Four items of clothing arrived. Nylon, cheap, badly made.
This company gives the impression its a UK company, it is not. It's based in China and uses its location to deter people from returning goods.

After six or seven emails, I finally accepted a 40% refund. Six weeks and many emails later( including one from them where they claimed they had refunded my account and it was my financial provider causing the delay), they went silent.

I claimed a full refund from my credit card company. The clothes are so bad I am too embarrassed to give them to charity.

Do not use!

1. misleading makes you think it’s a UK company and Items needed to be returned to china!
2. Offered a ridiculous amount for me to keep items to save posting them back which I refused.
3. Got customs form filled in and post office receipts.
4. Told it got stuck at customs and more money to pay.
This was 7 July and I’m still waiting for refund (14 October) - absolutely awful and will be posting every week til they send me my full refund .
Do not buy from this company unless your prepared to lose all your money. Never again !

This company is a scam. Clothing is not as expected and not fit for purpose. As with other reviews they respond initially with various refund options but then nothing happens.
This company needs to be removed from social media sites whether it’s called Mint London or Unity.

DO NOT BUY!!! Originally Mint London but when you want a return they conveniently no longer exist. Now called Unity London. It’s a scam. Website Mimics Mint Velvet. Material is awful and badly sized. When you try to return they are reluctant to do so and stop responding to messages. If you do buy from them, photograph every part of the website especially the returns policy or your credit card will not help. Scam scam scam !!!

Avoid - you will never get a response or a refund. Scam company

My advice is STAY CLEAR

Avoid at all costs. Quick enough to send but not to refund. Most odd returns process if you’re dissatisfied. I agreed to keep my purchase, as they have high return costs, and agree a partial refund that, despite numerous emails, has yet to materialise.
I had ordered a dress which tbh was ok but sizing was way off.

POOR POOR POOR . Total rip off . Quality is dreadful . You can’t return - or the charge is so much it’s not worth it. Then they will tell you they will refund 50% and they don’t . Don’t buy anything from this company .

Ordered a blouse which was very poor quality.
Was offered a a small percentage of my money back and keep the blouse. I did not want to keep the blouse and after many emails and offer was now 70% of the purchase price I decided to accept. However, a month later I am still waiting for a refund.
DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Avoid this company at all cost. Substandard quality of goods. If you want a refund you have to send back to China at great cost. I have been waiting 3 months for a refund. Never again.

Persevere with your credit card company. I've now been refunded by Master CardThey must have an alert on their system about this scam company by now.

This company is misleading and scamming customers. Using MINT as the draw, it mimics the legitimate Mint company. Products are cheap substandard materials, not as featured in their illustrations. No chance of a refund as they state. After negotiation regarding refund after weeks of correspondence. Company no longer contactable. Look out for these scammers setting up under another name. Always check reviews, wish l had.

My experience has been dreadful with this company. Everything the other reviewers have experienced has been the same for me. Poor quality, thin shiny material. Not as shown in video. Promised a partial refund, I never received it. Now being ignored. Don’t buy from Mint London. They are All a big SCAM!!!

Never buy from this company. The clothing is horrific and made from synthetic material that looks like it would fall apart. Not as advertised in the descriptions or photos.
The sizing is also incredibly inaccurate, I always use measurements when buying from a new company to ensure clothing fits and no piece that arrived did. Absolutely terrible customer service and impossible as you need to send the items back to China first to get a refund. However, the clothing gets sent back as Chinese customs won’t receive the package. Such a scam!!

Worse than 1 star . Appalling quality , no refunds , no customer service . Scam . Do not use .

Gone bust now trading as Unity be aware con men & scammers avoid

I would recommend this company is given a wide berth.
Items took over three weeks to deliver when received they were only fit for the dustbin £50+ wasted cheap and nasty clothing not even good enough for the charity shop. Even 1 star is one too many.
These clothes come from china and my biggest mistake was not reading the reviews.
