I just purchased the Naya Cross body…
I just purchased the Naya Cross body bag in the sapphire color. On arrival, I was thrilled with my purchase, the bag is so soft, a wee bigger than expected, but that also pleased me too. So many excellent functional compartments, security on the bag is outstanding. Thank you Minooy for my darling bag. It’s a 10 star bag for sure in every aspect.

Great quality bags
I have purchased 2 bags from Minooy and both times the service has been great from the order to delivery. I am very pleased with my purchases as I needed a crossbody bag that was smaller due to my shoulder injury. The quality of the bags is wonderful and I will be taking my new bag to Greece with me which should be perfect.

The leather started peeling the first week I used it and the bag collapses in where the zipper is.

I love these bags
I love these bags. I have 3 of them, and have given one as a gift. As soon as I got my first one, I ordered a second. The quality is amazing. Super soft leather, and the zipper hardware is excellent quality. I like that the sides pop open when I unzip, so I can see everything inside. And I LOVE that there are about 10 million card slots because I have about that many cards. I would love a light pink or a hot pink one.

I have carried the tri compartment…
I have carried the tri compartment Minooy bag for a few years, and I bought the smaller bag with the glasses holder for summer. This bag i s so great, and small purse with lots of room. I love it so much that I'm thinking about getting another one in a different color for winter. There are so many nice touches, the pen holder and the key holder make my life so much easier. Worth the $$$$$$
First of all, I would like to thank the Minooy support team who answered my inquiries. The customer service was very responsive.
Now, let's talk about the bag I purchased. I bought the Naya Small Crossbody Bag in green 💚. As soon as I opened the box, I could smell the leather. I could actually smell it the whole day 😂! The zipper is very smooth to open, and the bag has lots of compartments to put things in. It also came with instructions on how to look after for the leather. To be honest, the bag is really damn cute! It's perfect for traveling

The good and the bad.
I loved the design of the purse. I can carry several items, and find them quickly. The design of the card holder pocket and other zippered pockets make it unnecessary for me to carry a wallet. Downside, while I love the softness of the leather, when I bumped against a column, the surface grazed and the finish was damaged. Fortunately, it is a black purse, so between repeated treatments with shoe dye and polish, I have been able to make the scuff look less noticeable.

Leather bags will experience varying degrees of wear and tear during use. No bag can claim to never wear out. You can protect your bag from sharp objects during use or wipe the bag with a little cream leather oil care your bag instead of liquid leather oil.
