Overall lovely
The purse is lovely, and the leather quality is top-notch. It is a bit on the heavy side, and the flap over the outside zippered section is attractive, but always in the way when trying to use the section. The shipping took a bit longer than I'd like, but they're clear on the timeframe.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed in the lack of quality in the material & workmanship. The purse is too flimsy in standing on its own.
I so wanted to like it because of the video that portrayed it.

Ordered one cross body bag and it was perfect in every way. Have since ordered two more. Beautiful bags. I'm always leary about ordering something directly from China, but they came within 10 days and the packaging is gorgeous.

Beautiful Bag, Leather Peeled
I purchased the Naya small crossbody six months ago and it works perfect for me. The built in wallet is so convenient and you don't have the extra weight to carry around. My main disappointment is that the leather on the top part of the bag started peeling.

Superb well made bag and A1 buying experience
I wasn't sure whether to order the bag as it was expensive but checked the reviews on Trustpilot and decided to go ahead. I haven't been disappointed. The delivery time was very good, tracked all the way through the shop app. The packing was superb. It arrived in a sturdy box and inside was the bag in a lovely soft material bag which I will use to store it in when not using.
The bag itself is definitely leather and made to a very high quality, as nice inside as out and the colour spot on, just what I'd ordered. The metal fittings look and are expensive and again sturdy and I can see this bag lasting me a lifetime.
An excellent experience and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I really like how the bag functions
I really like how the bag functions. It sure kept me safe on the metro in Paris. It holds so much for a small bag and is comfortable to wear. I wish I would have chosen a different color, because the leather looks fake. I dress very well and don't like carrying a bag that looks like plastic.

NOT Leather
I bought the Naya Small Crossbody Bag from the Minooy website. It is NOT leather. I tested it by a variety of methods. I got it in January and now the vinyl coating is wearing off the trim around the corners of the purse. I love the style and would gladly purchase it again if it would be real leather. It is a crime that they sell this as real leather. This same purse in PU leather can be bought on Amazon for $20-30.

All Minooy bags are made from top-grain cowhide. Leather bags will experience varying degrees of wear and tear during use. No bag can claim to never wear out. You could protect your bag from sharp objects or keep it away from clothing that can easily scratch the bag during use.
Minooy counterfeits are popping up lately. We have received feedback from many customers that they can buy similar Minooy bags at very low prices on online stores, but the quality is very poor, or even the goods are not the same as the pictures. Here, Minooy reminds everyone to buy genuine bags from Minooy's official channel when purchasing, and not to buy low-quality cheap bags from other channels.
