A Traveling Must Have ...
The pocket that holds my eyewear is the reason I first ordered. It's a game-changer. Two, of several sizes, fit nicely.
Love that it's the perfect size for traveling and fits in my "personal" shoulder bag under the seat. Minooy bags have really lightened my carry load and minimized the junk drawer weight I was hauling around previously. Only what needs to go ... goes. Love how buttery soft and packable this bag is.

Superb customer service & product

Following the initial review Minooy contacted me and have sent me a replacement bag in a different colour. They were very receptive to my feedback and the customer service had been superlative. Buy with confidence.
Initially, I was thrilled but within weeks the bag appeared worn with very standard every day use.
Contacted Minooy and they said…
“You've hit on a key point - the caramel-colored leather does tend to show wear and tear more readily than some other leather types. We're actively working on this and are experimenting with new leather materials to address this issue.
We're truly sorry for the wear you've experienced. Your feedback is incredibly important as we strive to improve. We're committed to solving this problem and would be delighted to send you a new bag with the upgraded leather once it's ready for testing.”
They added that this would take maximum 3 months.
That time has now elapsed and they haven’t replied to my latest message. A very disappointing experience when a premium price was paid.

Let me start by saying I’m very fickle with purses! I love to switch it up frequently, but since I got my small Naya crossbody 6-8 months ago, no switching! It has everything I need in a lovely compact bag. My favorite parts are the glasses compartments, since I wear prescription and regular glasses, I need to carry two pair this way doesn’t take up much room in my purse, and the wallet section in the front of the purse is outstanding I can grab my debit card out without taking off my purse off and slip it right back in and zip it up. Love not dealing with a wallet.

Great shoulder bag
I didn't like the original color I ordered after I received it. Minooy was very helpful in exchanging it for a different color. I love my purse. I will be ordering another one in a different color.

Customer service fall down
My wife ordered a bag which she loves. Its the second one she has bought of this type. Unfortunately the bag came without the shoulder strap. Its a simple mistake and has just been forgotten to put inside bag.
However I have sent two emails to this company and have had no response.
The order number is SL17275WEAT1905.
By your review reply it would seem that you are right but we bought it through a you tube ad in your name. I think you should monitor ads in your name and get them deleted as they discredit your business. Personally I would never buy again anything implying minooy!

Every bag should have a spot for glasses!
Love the bag, quality is great, bought it especially for the glasses holder part. Only downside is, be careful how much you put in the main compartment, too much and your phone won’t fit in the outside pocket.

Pleasantly surprised.
I was skeptical because this is a Chinese manufacturer so I thought it might be cheaply made. I bought because of the features. But it is the only purse I use now. It's very well made. Great features, natural leather. I've had it for a couple of years. Very satisfied.

Black stains on my clothing
A year after purchasing a black crossbody bag, it is STILL leaving black stains on my clothing. It’s ruined numerous light colored shirts.

I have purchased 2 bags
I have purchased 2 bags. The first one was great, I've used it about 1 month and so far so good. The 2nd one - while the quality was ok, the color was not rich, just looked muddy. We had to pay return shipping - about $22 - in order to make the exchange.

Gorgeous, Quality Purse
My Aphrodite purse arrived within a week or so of placing the order. It was beautifully packaged in a dust bag and gift box. The purse is gorgeous, with a place for everything, and smells so good! The quality is exceptional. Unfortunately, the purse I received is a little heavier and deeper than the measurements on their web site, and therefore, it just doesn't work for me. If you aren't trying to stay within the constraints of travel company specs and it doesn't matter if this bag is a tiny bit larger and heavier than stated on the web site, I highly recommend it!

Perfect size for my upcoming travels as it can hold multiple credit cards, passport, iPhone, keys, glasses, hand sanitizer and slim glass water bottle. I love the clasps to secure the zipper and I bought an additional strap to change things up. This is a quality product and comes in a felt bag inside a sturdy box.

The fake leather is peeling off the…
The fake leather is peeling off the corners after 2 months. The zippers won't stay up. Not the quality expected for the price, can't return after 30 days.
