The dresses was totally different than the picture and I contacted them i had no replies

total scam do not order from this company

I ordered 3 items from mini taylor they were delivered to an address in peterbourgh but I live in Plymouth Devon I have emailed them but no response not good customer services still waiting on my order they keep sending me standard reply that doesn’t change and is clearly computer sent still no goods x

Same story as most reviews ordered said it’s delivered and it’s not scammers please don’t order from them

Mi dispiace perché i vestiti sono molto belli, la qualità è quella che è, ma sono divertenti per i bambini, ma assolutamente NO. Ho ordinato due vestiti per Natale per le mie piccole e ho il sentore che se non avessi scritto io all' assistenza dopo più di un mese neanche avrebbero mandato il pacco. Hanno detto che il pacco si era perso, ma ci credo poco. Una volta spedito, un altro mese per farlo arrivare e dei due vestiti ordinati me n'è arrivato solo uno. Ancora una volta mi hanno detto che il pacco si era perso, balla mondiale dato che non aveva senso spedire i vestiti separatamente, non lo hanno mandato e basta e ovviamente non si sono posti il problema. Mi hanno detto di scegliere un altro abito con lo stesso prezzo ma ovviamente non mi sono fatta abbindolare e ho chiesto il rimborso. Rimborso che dopo due mesi sto ancora aspettando. Truffatori

I had an email saying the order was 'delivered'. It was not, I finally traced the tracking number, the final one was with Royal Mail, I rang them to be told the number I was given was for a parcel sent to a different address, not mine. Obviously, RM could not legally tell me where this was. I've emailed the company several times since to try and find out what is going on and no reply. Total scammers, just avoid this company. I've now lost nearly £50.00

I ordered several dresses for a family member in AR. It supposedly delivered to OR. I asked and they were going to reship. I followed up and nothing. Asked for a refund, nothing. Bogus company. Do Not order from this company. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

0 Stars, Ordered a Christmas dress in November and still haven't received it.

Ordered 2 dresses in late Sept. , 1 was Halloween the other a Christmas dress. The Halloween dress arrived late October but no Christmas dress. I emailed to Customer Service and they replied that unfortunately Christmas dress was “ lost in shipping “ and that dress was no longer available but if I sent them picture of another dress they would send. I did same day ( 1st week of Nov. never got dress so I emailed asking for refund on 12:26, followed up 1/3 . No reply from company and no refund.

If there was a no star catagory, I would mark that one. This is the worst company ever. They have zero communication and no contact for returns or cancellations. I spent $175 on Christmas dresses and accessories that partially arrived long after Christmas, over 6 weeks from the day I ordered them. All communications were ignored after following their lame guidelines that include no shipping. They have yet to respond to my request to give me a refund for over $50 in items not received, and to send me a return label for those I need to return. They advertised a 15 day turn around on this order, followed by deceptive updates on the shipment to me, and then they sent a confirmation that I received every item, which was no way true. NEVER AGAIN!

DO NOT BUYSell you a dream and deliver you a nightmare took 4 weeks for the parcel to arrive Christmas was over items not wanted and no response to refund or how return items emailed 6 times no reply. no doubt I will get a response once the return date ends so I cant send them back. Christmas dress are cheap and not like the images displayed. DO NOT BUY £46 wasted

Items aren’t what are shown on their site. Quality is shocking. Made in a sweat shop with the use of a prick stick.
Customer service is shocking, refused refund and then all other contact has been ignored.
Avoid!!!

It’s a scam, dress ordered 2/12/25 not arrived I’ve sent 4 emails no reply. Dreadful.unfortunately a company in USA with the same name will be suffering for this Hong Kong scam. American products are brilliant. That’s what I thought I’d ordered.

Ordine del 1/12/2025, eseguito il pagamento ricevuto mail di conferma preparazione della merce. Dopo una settimana, altra mail di conferma spedizione.....non è arrivato nulla. Tracciamento inesistente, ordine sul sito in preparazione dal 2/12!!! Morale, non rispondono alle mail e la merce non arriva. TRUFFA!!!!!!

J’ai commandé 3 robes une première fois en mars 2025. Les robes ne sont pas de la meme qualité que sur l’image, elles ne sont pas brodées. Sur les 3 robes je n’en ai reçu que 2. Quand je leur ai fait part du problème ils m’ont dit « il y a eu un problème mais entre temps votre robe est en rupture de stock, on peut vous envoyer une autre robe, renvoyez nous le modèle choisi » … aucune robe ne me plaisait donc j’ai demandé un remboursement mais aucune réponse. Le problème c’est que ma fille adoooore une de ces 2 robes, j’ai voulu recommande la même en taille plus grande et j’ai donc repassé une commande le mois dernier de 3 robes…. Et rebelote!!! 2 robes sur 3…. Et avec le meme message! Cette fois si j’ai redemandé une robe du site en demandant le suivi du colis mais silence radio…. Petite arnaque. Les robes ne sont pas identiques aux photos et en plus les colis ne sont pas complets.

I was extremely disappointed. I ordered two dresses for Christmas for my daughter. They look amazing heavily embroidered dresses on the website when they arrive they’re printed not embroidered with very much less embroidered than shown on the website photos. I’ve now sent three emails not one has been responded to at all dispite their returns policy states they will respond within 48 hours, they’re not in my junk box as this has been checked multiple times.

My daughter dresses arrived today I’m in shock 😮 how bad the quality is . I will not pay a penny for this dress. So angry 😡 this was Christmas gift.

I placed an order on 2nd December and nothing has arrived.

This company is dishonest and cheats people out of their money.

They said the item would arrive in 5-6 days. Now my daughter will not have her Christmas present. I am very upset and have since contacted my bank to get a refund.

STAY AWAY! Super low quality dresses; I was really disappointed, as they look so cute online. And the process to return is expensive! You have to mail back the items at your expense, all the way to China. I do not recommend this company.

terrible customer service, and missing items and not responding! the items I have received looked nothing like the items listed online.. SCAM!
