Love the Stay Close Hoops. As someone with double piercings, I've avoided earrings due to having a high sensitivity. With these hoops, I'm able to leave them in All day, including sleeping, and I don't feel them at all. They're simple and beautiful.

Zero stars. Descriptions on website are intentionally misleading. Why would someone pay for 3 mismatched earrings? I paid for free returns and got back 70% instead. Total scam - avoid this plated costume jewelry and get something real.

I absolutely love these earrings. So comfortable! I can't even feel them in, I keep constantly touching my earlobes to make sure they are STILL there. The best purchase I've made in years. I ordered a set for my daughter too.

With arthritic hands and fingers putting on and taking off posts became impossible. I like small earrings so even small hoops were nearly impossible. Your approach was new and looked like it would be possible to wear earrings again. I found no information on your site as to how to actually straighten the circle enough to insert into the earlobe but did find information on another site. I think they're unique and pretty and I like the no back because I hated the dirty, smelly backs after keeping earrings in for a while. I think the stone was a little smaller than expected, but still cute since I don't like large earrings anyway.

Love the feminine energy of these earrings. They are easy to wear with absolutely everything and they look amazing. At least that's what I'm told by everyone 😘

They are absolutely gorgeous. They hug my ears nicely and look stunning. I am a minimalist with my jewellery and the pieces suit my aesthetic perfectly. Best are the lovely people at Ardant. They answer swiftly and are so helpful.

Nice earrings; but the stones are ever so small! Expensive and I would not bought them if I knew that they were so small.

These are so comfortable and pretty! I love the way they look and fit my ear. I've been wearing them nonstop for about a week now and I can tell they're good quality and very comfy. I have long hair, and the only slight issue I've had is my hair getting caught in them, mostly at night. It's pretty easy to get my hair back out of the little loop, and doesn't pull uncomfortably on my ear, so I haven't been upset about that.

Honestly, at first I had a hard time figuring how to put these in, because they are totally different and I am not very coordinated 😉 But after some thought I tried again, and it was easy. They stayed in through a whole day, a night's sleep and a shower the next day. I had to keep checking to see if they were still in because they're so comfortable. I LOVE THESE ❤️

The earrings were too big for one of my ears and upon contacting them they said that for hygiene reasons they could not be returned. I’ve tried their suggested “pinching” method and it just doesn’t work — it looks nothing like the nice pictures they have on their website.
Now I’m stuck with two pairs of overpriced earrings that don’t even fit. What a waste of money, what horrible custom support.

People…..These earrings are minuscule. Photos are very misleading! Do your homework! NOT worth the money!

These earrings are great for girlies that are on calls and I meetings all day. No more being stabbed in the neck from crushing headsets. These earrings are so great, I forget I'm wearing them sometimes.

These are the first earrings I've been able to leave on, ever. I never have to take them out. I have highly sensitive ears, and usually never leave my earrings in. Since receiving my first pair at Christmas as a gift, I have been able to actually wear an earring in my second hole long term and have actually added two additional piercings to my ears which have healed beautifully thanks to my Ardant earrings. Purchased the moissanite hoops, a stone fell out only a few weeks after use. No refund or exchange available.

They do not allow returns if you tried them on which is absolute nonsense. Never heard of such a thing. Terrible company.

They break really easily just so everyone knows. They don’t fit great so the staff will tell you to pinch them to adjust. I had one that snapped after one such adjustment. They also don’t replace or refund. Way overpriced for the quality you get.

My experience with ARDANT’s return and refund process was confusing, expensive, and inconsistent with how it is marketed.

I purchased two pairs of earrings. One pair broke within 10 days during normal use while following ARDANT’s own guidance that the earrings are “malleable.” Because worn or damaged items are not eligible for return, that pair resulted in a complete financial loss.

The second pair was unworn and returned in its original packaging, yet it still did not receive a full refund. I paid $10 for outbound shipping at checkout (this was not free shipping), paid again to return the item ($7.45 for USPS Grnd Advtg), and then had my item refund reduced by an additional $10.

For a $70 unworn item, the refund (yet to be issued) is $60. ARDANT framed the waived 10% restocking fee ($7) on the $70 item as a “goodwill gesture," but the additional $10 shipping deduction effectively replaced that fee. In practice, this functions as a hidden penalty for returns that is not clearly disclosed upfront.

If $70 is the item price and $10 is a separate, non-refundable shipping fee already paid by the customer, the refund should be $70, not $60.

The return process was also labeled “personalized,” but was unusually tedious. It required handwritten reference numbers, printed labels, strict packaging rules, and emailed tracking, all falling on the customer. Failure to follow every step can result in the return not being processed.

Reps were polite, but it did not feel like the core concerns were meaningfully addressed. Responses largely repeated policy language without resolving the confusing refund logic.

Prospective customers should be aware that even returning an unworn, undamaged item can result in out-of-pocket losses after paying outbound shipping, return shipping, and additional deductions. This does not align with what most people would reasonably expect from a “hassle-free” return policy.

First, it took weeks to receive my order. I even received an email stating my order had been delivered when it had not.
Second, when I finally received my order I was very disappointed. The Swerve Moissanite Hoops are ridiculously tiny! They're so small I cannot get them to 'swerve' around my earlobes so I can't wear them.
