Ordered two dresses and two T shirts never arrived, really unhappy with their customer service Do not order from this site

Ordered miniskirts to my preeschool never saw them
Sent 5 mails asking about my order no answer.
Lost about 70 euro on this fake side dont order from Minitaylor.com

I ordered three items of clothing in January and it was allegedly delivered to an address several hundred miles away from mine. My postcode would not work in the tracking system so the parcel was clearly labelled with a different address to mine. No response from them to any e mails sent.

I would give no stars if it were possible. Order made 13th Jan, confirmed on 18th it had been dispatched. Still not received the 2 dresses bought for my granddaughter.
Chased them by email(the only way to contact them) twice with no response.
Do not buy from this obviously fake company

Op 23 januari '26 deed ik een bestelling. Op 30 januari '26 kreeg ik bevestiging dat de bestelling onderweg was. Op 5 februari '26 stuurde ik een herinneringsmail met vraag naar meer informatie over mijn bestelling en de levering ervan. Op 7 februari kreeg ik reeds een antwoord met de nodige verontschuldigingen voor de vertraging te wijten aan de vervoermaatschappij en de verzekering van levering binnen de 5 dagen. Op 11, 17 en 24 februari heb nog herinneringsbrieven gestuurd, telkens zonder antwoord. Ik heb hen ook in gebreke gesteld. Zeker niets bestellen bij deze oplichters!

Ordered 2 dresses. Never got. Sent me an email saying delivered. Told them never got. They emailed me back and said they would get me new order sent. Never got. Emailed 2 more times and crickets…. No reply. Filed a dispute of charges with Visa. They are checking into them!!!

I ordered $86 worth of girls clothing in January 2026 . A month went by and there is no info about the shippment, By now is too late to stop the payment. I have sent an email every single day including order # and extra info but nobody ever answers,. I am very disappointed since my first purchase arrived -very late - but arrived. This company seems inclined to SCAMS. It almost feels like they deliver on your first purchase but when you do a 2nd one then they rob you and there is no way to contact anybody and nobody is responsible. By the time you realize your purchase will never arrive, it is too late to stop the payment and they know that.

Ordered 2 dresses january 2026..still not had anything from them. I emailed customer support 2 days ago and still no reply. I wouldnt order again. Infact im informing the bank to see if i can get a refund.

Awful. I ordered Xmas PJs for my family. Wrong size sent and no new pajama in the right size sent. Ordered Easter dress over two month ago- said delivered- but not to me- have not received the dress yet. I have not received communication from the company. DO NOT BUY From Mini Taylor

Very deceptive scamming organization!!! I ordered two dresses in early January 2026 and it's February 24, 2026 and still have not received them. They do not respond to email and that's the only way you can contact them. Please do not order from these people!

I ordered and they shipped to an incorrect address. They said they would reorder and ship me an additional gift. Never happened. They even informed PayPal they had credited my complaint, never happened. I re emailed my concerns, crickets. Order #160279

Have ordered two dresses in two separate shipments. None of them ever arrived. Several attempts to contact customer service remain unsuccessful. The have collected the money with credit card and failed to deliver. No response or feedback whatsoever.

This company is a fraud. I ordered a dress for my daughter in 7th feb RDER BN#166903.
Parcel is not yet delivered. Its a Scam.

SCAM COMPANY!!! Never received the order I did for clothes for my daughter. Should of been delivered on 19/1/26. Tried to email but not getting a response now so have put a claim in with my bank to try and get my money back.

I ordered two dresses for my daughter on Dec 27th 2025, it is Feb 22nd 2026 and has never arrived. They took payment and have not responded to emails asking when it will arrive. They are a scam.

I received an email saying my parcel had been delivered. It definitely wasn’t at my address anyway. I ordered a dress for my granddaughter and sent an email explaining the package was not delivered and was there any proof of a picture showing where it was delivered.
At first I had very positive feedback from the company even offering a free dres. Then communication stopped. Don’t waste your money with this company. Fraudsters!!

It is a scam. Ordered and paid in the beginning of januari. Never received the dress.
Send several emails, the first one they answered that they would cancel the order. But I never got a refund.
After that they never answered any email anymore.

I ordered a few dresses and not received my order! They send the tracking number and it says delivered ! But I was at home all day and have door camera and obviously nobody delivered anything! They said they will re send the order but never did and now not even answering my email! How this company even still exists if obviously it is a scam!!!!!!

We ordered 2 dresses from them and never received the first order. I emailed twice and never got a response. My wife did a review and they did get back to her, but still have not received anything. I would never order from them.
