SCAM! They take your money but never provide product
The company listed that the two products we ordered were in stock and ready to ship the next day. It is now TWO WEEKS since they created shipping labels for the two products. One was picked up right away and has arrived. They claim that the courier was “too busy” and couldn’t pick it up….. except one of the two packages was picked up? Clearly no logical people working there, or possibly no humans. We have been in constant contact with the company for two weeks, every time we ask a direct question about the product, they completely avoid the question. They took our money and appear to be a scam company. With the lack of answers to ANY questions we have asked, I suspect that it is just AI bots and not a real customer service department. The warehouse where this bed was “shipping from” is a 25 drive from us. We have asked to pick up the product ourselves and they will not answer. We wanted to support a small Canadian brand instead of purchasing foreign. We seriously regret our decision to purchase from this company.
After responding to our message below, Lara from Mimi beds contacted us making many assurances and promising to get back to us by January 13 to solve this issue. No one has returned the emails since, the phone number does not work and they are ignoring emails. They are only responding to our messages because of this 1 star review. I offer yet another 1 star rating based of their lack of follow through, transparency, honesty or actually providing solutions to get us our product.
They finally responded after this last update to inform us that they DO NOT HAVE INVENTORY. They lied on their website, they have spent more than two weeks gaslighting us that Purolator was refusing pick up when the problem is that they never had the product. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Very disappointing experience.
I placed an order weeks ago for a child’s bed and mattress. Since then, I have experienced extremely long delays, no concrete updates, and very poor communication.
The tracking has been stuck on “label created” for weeks with no actual shipment, despite multiple follow-ups. Each response from customer service is vague and repetitive, with no clear delivery date or real explanation.
This is a child’s bed, not a luxury item that can wait indefinitely. The lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable.
I am still waiting for a clear resolution and refund. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

J’ai commandé le lit Ary et le combo matelas il y a un mois. La livraison a été rapide (+/- 3 jours). Le lit était conforme à la description. Notre fille de 2 ans ne faisait pas ses nuits avant que nous installions ce nouveau lit et que nous mettions en place de nouvelles habitudes de sommeil. Tout cela ensemble a aidé toute la famille à mieux dormir, elle fait ses nuits depuis 3 semaines. Le lit est joli, le matelas et le coussin sont confortables. Ça rend la chambre cosy. J’ai contacté le support client car je pensais qu’il me manquait une partie du colis (c’était une erreur de notre part), et ils ont été très rapides et professionnels. De façon générale c’est une bonne expérience.

Cute little bed. One part broke very easily. I’ll probably just glue it to avoid a hassle of return and taking the bed apart.

Got my daughter the mimi ary housebed
Got my daughter the mimi ary housebed. It came quickly with no damage and was relatively straight forward to put together. The only part that took some time was getting the side rails in, which improved as I went. Feels sturdy and looks fun in her room. It will be a great transition from crib to big girl bed! I also got the mattress to ensure a nice fit - it fits perfectly, feels comfortable, and was nice to get all in the same delivery.

Nous adorons le lit Montesseri et le matelas pour notre fille de 2 ans. Le format double est parfait pour lire des histoires avant le dodo. Je donnerais une note de 5 étoiles si nous avions reçu le matelas et le lit en même temps, sinon il est parfait dans son ensemble pour nos besoins.

House bed Mimi experience
Received communication that was unclear. Upon follow up they provided clarification and from then on were great at communicating and staying on top of my order. The fairy lights broke when we took them out of the box which was unfortunate, but the bed and mattress are exactly what we wanted.

We were a little skeptical after reading reviews particularly about shipping times, but we ordered during black Friday and received our shipment within 3 days of ordering. Very happy with the product.

Good, but could be better.
It came quickly and in good condition, no missing parts. It was fairly simple to put together. However, some of the peices don't fit quite properly, but it's still usable. Our twin size mattress is a little bit big for some reason. But it also still works. Our little loves it.
