Process seemed to be very slow and information given to third parties wasn't correct resulting in things not being actioned in a timely manner. It was probably 6 to 8 weeks from first contact so date is indicative only. But we got there in the end. Thank you.

Finding Gary was an absolute relief. I had been uncertain about how to go about organising a new mortgage in the ever changing financial market. Gary simply made the experience stress free. He is a very genuine person that wants to help you and that made me feel comfortable that I was is good hand and it took a lot of stress off me.
