The only way to contact this company is by phone, and their phone system is broken.

Star Insurance are the only Insurance company I have ever dealt with who conveyed that they genuinely valued my business.
The telephone staff were engaged, helpful and efficient.
This kind of interaction is very unusual in today's world and is very much appreciated.

I found it refreshing to talk to a Human Being, unlike several other encounters that I have recently endured with other organisations. Staff with personality helped, which is absent when filling out forms.

I have no response to the fact that you people gave me false information as to the tow clause in my policy.Thus causing an absolute minimum of $3000 damage to my vehicle.A failure to address this glaring mistake is a very bad look and reflects a complete dereliction of common decency let alone fiscal responsibility.

Totally offensive advertisment highlighting a man having a homosexual affair with his wife's cousin, and the wife seemingly accepting it by responding with scratching the mags on his car.
What moral compass is in play when infidelity in a monogomous relationship is usurped by having a homosexual affair inside that relationship, and that is the basis of the advertisement. Star Insurance are. Sick. I'm taking this to the ASA. Disgusting.

Good knowledgeable service and discussion from the person I spoke to and the cover looks very comprehensive

My phone call was answered within a reasonable time frame . I actually qot to a human and someone i could understand. The staff member was helpful , friendly, efficient, and generally seemed to care about my needs. My quotation was prepared and talked through whilst I was still on the phone.
The quote was competitive and filled my every need.

Everything about getting cover was simple and completed online over a holiday weekend. Brilliant!
