Ordered my outfit for a festival, paid for Royal Mail tracked, when I tried to track the order, Royal Mail said they had sent it first class or second class so hadn’t sent it 24 tracked. When it arrived it was after the event so needed to send back, now they’ve shut down company and won’t reply to my emails or instagram messages. Apparently opening up maybe under another company name - definitely will not be ordering for them. Cocostudios I’d like my money back please.

Too many gorgeous outfits to choose!
Absolutely gorgeous outfits! I was struggling to choose an outfit for an event I’m going to as there are so many gorgeous outfits in so many gorgeous colours! I eventually decided to go for the white Mira Set and sent an email to ask for a little help with sizing, and got some help straight away. When my order came I loved it, it fitted perfectly and I can’t wait to wear it this weekend!

Not a good experience
Not a good experience. The items I bought were cheap & all sent from China (Chinese writing on the packaging). All the items smelt strongly of chemicals, not something I would want to put on my body. I also ordered size L which their size guide says is a 10-12. The items I received wouldn’t even fit over a limb, they are made for a child. Don’t waste your money girls.

As mentioned in our correspondence email, these were £4 lucky dip items - it is therefore not accurate nor fair to expect top of the range products. The smell you are referring to is the Harness which is made of faux leather and I know we had a chance to speak about this in the email.
The other items included body gems etc. which would not have been applied to the above.
We are sorry to hear the size L was not suitable - as mentioned, they are purely samples, so you'll be glad to know the item and therefore the mis-sizing, is not on our website.
Instead of wasting these items, we have listed Lucky Dip items priced at £4 - the price is very much reflective of the fact that they are not the original items on our website.
As highlighted in our email, these are merely samples - and as China is one of the largest manufacturing company for many brands, there is no reason to be alarmed from seeing Chinese writing.
It's a shame to hear the products were not of satisfaction, and we will certainly take your input into consideration as to whether we continue the lucky dip.

Decent for the price
The material is a bit cheap for the price that you’re paying but overall isn’t too bad. There are other websites who sell the same or similar outfits for much cheaper. However, the main issue is the fact that for Irish girls the shopping most definitely takes far too long and takes over a month to arrive. This is a wasted opportunity for the business also as events like Halloween etc are not feasible as the outfits will not arrive in time unless girls are vv organised.

Your order must have been on pre-order, as delivery to Ireland is 5 working days (we have full time warehouse staff now, so items are picked and packed daily)
Our halloween outfits are limited edition for that period, and do not necessarily represent all our other items in quality - I really hope you have the chance to try other items :)
We always advertise when items are 'pre-order' so it's quite important not to dismiss this when it is showing, but any other time, shipping will never ever be a month, so don't worry about that! - we got our unorganised queens covered!
