Mike turned up promptly on time after ringing us to say he was on his way. He was very thorough and explained everything, including what chemicals he used. He did a fantastic job and the carpet looks practically new which is something considering the carpet is 18 years old. Beforehand, he explained about the strong smell, but we didn't mind it and thought it actually smelled nice. The smell dissipated within 24 hours and now everything is fresh. We would recommend him and we will use him again when we have the carpet cleaned next year.

Having previously utilised Mike's very professional, knowlegable, informative services to expertly clean our 21ft lounge carpet including a bad coffee stain behind our sofa, we had no hesitation in contacting Mike once again when hubby fell asleep hot coffee in hand and it spilled all over the carpet.
Not knowing if Mike would come out for one small stain I needn't have worried. He came within a day. Not only did Mike remove the coffee stain within 5 minutes, he explained about the chemical he used on it. We were so impressed with his services and rate him as an absolute professional who only uses the best quality carpet cleaner machine and indeed washes all pads and machine after each use back at his property. When he cleaned our lounge carpet previously he gave it a good professional vacuum first bringing up and removing any ingrown dust/dirt that may have built up. Took his time cleaning it thoroughly and was not in and out. His pride in the jobs he takes on is absolutely admirable. We recommend Mike so very highly.

Mike came to clean our lounge/dining room carpet. He arrived on time and he gave us a courtesy call earlier to confirm the visit. He was very professional, friendly and thorough.
