The staff with whom we dealt were professional and informative. Michael Jones replaced the mechanism in my Longines watch, explained the options I had to achieve this, the length of time to carry out the repair and whether the watch would have to be returned to Longines.. The watch was cleaned and the repair was completed in less time than specified and at the price quoted. Thank you for returning my favourite watch to me..

What can I say apart from 5 star quality 5 star customer service and 5 star value for money. I have had 2 bespoke items made from MSJ and the quality is better than any jewellers ive ever seen.

Tudor Black Bay - great watch at great price
Great smooth transaction for a birthday treat to self. A first for me as always nervous about buying something of value on line without first seeing it but Gareth did everything he could to make it as stress free as it could be.
