We engaged Meru Accounting to prepare our US tax returns and update our overall bookkeeping records, chart of accounts, etc. We spent a fair amount of time interviewing multiple providers to serve this function – both US based and offshored. A concern was offshoring this function – knowledge of US and state tax code, access to our financial info and bank records as well as the time zones and general communications. After all the interviews we felt that the service offer from Meru exceeded the other options we considered. Eight or so months later, after work has been completed, tax returns filed, we can say that Meru exceeded our expectations. They’ve been very easy to work with, have easily resolved issues we struggled with and have made themselves available whenever needed. Most recently they’ve supported us as we’ve setup EDI processing as required by one of our retail customers.

I really enjoy working with Rushabh & the team. My entities are not straight forward (unit trusts, companies, entirely different chart of accounts in each) but the Meru team are problem solvers & help me stay on top of all of my bookkeeping processes.
