Poor customer Experience all round
Parts of two different sheds were delivered, I asked for these to be uplifted and the right order to be delivered, despite pointing out I am registered visually impaired they kept asking me to supply photographs and measurements of what had been delivered, totally unprofessional, in the end I had to ask them to uplift and refund my money, instead of owning their mistake and replacing the shed (which would be the correct customer service) the persistently ignored the fact I am visually impaired and kept requesting I send measurements of what I received, they even sent me my own phone number to call if I wanted to discuss further, poor attention to detail all round

We purchased an 8’x 6’ garden shed and we are so pleased. It was delivered a day early and the delivery men were so helpful and pleasant. The shed went up fairly easily but the instructions were fantastic!! Super clear with written and picture information. All the components were supplied as stated and it’s lovely and sturdy! *** rated! X

Lovely play equipment
Lovely play equipment, our 3 year old loves it an on days when we can’t get her to the park she spends hours playing on it. Easy to assemble, great quality. The only down side was the delivery, we were told we would get a 2 hour window message, but was delivered at 5:45am and was dumped outside our gate.

Poor quality and awful delivery
Did not arrive on the day of delivery. Waited in all day. Driver was 5 miles away and turned back, so shed had a tour of the UK. Shed eventually arrived 2 days later. Shed was poor quality. Warped timber, roofing felt was thin. Would not recommend.

Delivery date was adhered to
Delivery date was adhered to, driver gave us a hand to take the delivery into the garden and was an excellent ambassador for the company. Shed looked flimsier than I thought it would be, and the instructions provided differed in parts from the video guide on you tube, but I got there in the end. I'm pleased with the shed and it's quality, and found using a one coat preservative product on it worked perfectly to make it look like it says on the tin.

We’re sorry to hear you’ve experienced some issues with the fit of the building, particularly with the door not closing correctly, the slats and some warped timber. We’d really like the opportunity to look into this and see what we can do to help.

Poor quality. Certainly not worth advertised price.
Fortunately this product was discounted. I would have returned it otherwise. Poorly constructed in as much that I had to nail most of the featheredge(this could not have been cut any thinner)to flimsy framework. Whoever constructed this totally missed the boarding. Numerous nails were only partially inserted. OSB flooring is so thin and broke when stood on. 'T' hinges supplied. Useless. Twisted when doors opened. Had to install boards. Not supplied in order to secure replacement hinges. I had to secure install cross members to obtain stability.
Very poor quality control this.
I've given 3 stars which I think is overly generous.

not very good quality materials used
not very good quality materials used. floor bevels every time you stand on it. very flimsy latch and hinges, could easily be popped off . some panels were split where the nails used in manufacturing had been put in. one panel is so thin you can actually see through it . lots of holes where there has obviously been knots in the wood. not enough support beams provided for holding the roof up

Very good shed for the money
Very good shed for the money, instruction on build easy to follow and generous length of roof felt .
Delivery was good and driver very pleasant and helpful.
Shed took about 3 hours to fully assemble , said 2 person but I managed it on my own.
Certainly a company I would use again

I do think it is a bit flimsy
I do think it is a bit flimsy. Some of the wood that came with it was not the correct size so I had to go and buy some more lengths for roof .standard shed
