Karl, the driver was very polite and a lovely chap. The fact the tracking was constantly updated was reassuring and helpful with planning my jobs around the delivery.

Amazing customer services! Aimee went above and beyond to help assist and resolve my problem. Loving my Summer House.

Great service, very easy to do business with, Aimee Woodward was very helpful answering all my questions, selecting products and processing my order. Looking forward to receiving the order. Thankyou !

I just what to say thank you Dainart the driver that delivered my Shed this morning. What a polite and helpful young man. It was raining but he still helped me carry all the parts to my back garden. He really is a credit to your company.

Karl turned up at time stated was very friendly and efficient

I recently received my shed from Mercia Garden Products Ltd / Waltons, and I wanted to specifically praise the delivery driver, Neil.
Neil was extremely helpful from start to finish. He kindly called the night before to let me know what time he would be delivering, which was greatly appreciated and made planning my day much easier. The following day, he arrived exactly on time, right on the dot as promised.
Neil was friendly, kind, helpful, and very personable throughout the delivery. Excellent customer service like this really makes a difference and reflects very well on the company.

Thank you, Neil, for such a positive experience! Highly recommended

Brilliant service from start to finish no issues at all, and the delivery driver Neil was punctual, factual and all round so friendly and helpful would highly recommend to anyone.
Thank you

The drive was very friendly and accommodating.

Our greenhouse was assembled today as per arranged date following delivery last week
The fitters Jason and Stuart arrived within the time schedule given and worked in a timely and tidy manner and assembled the greenhouse and we were very pleased with the finished result
They also gave us good advice regarding painting of the product as soon as possible and general maintenance thereafter
The whole experience has been very positive from the point of ordering to the completed greenhouse Good communication too from start to finish

Great service. Neil delivered our items with care and was very kind and helpful! A credit to your company.

Tim arrived with our new summer house/shed within the time slot. He was really polite helpful and friendly. He put our item in a safe place where we wanted for which we were very grateful. Thank you Tim.

Trying to get an answer to a simple question: when will my order arrive? but keep getting some bot response telling me my order is being processed and I will be notified. Not an answer in my book. I want a date. Anyone would. So give me a date.

Ok but I’ve scanned your qr code for instructions only can’t find them

The flat packed shed arrived promptly and was in manageable sized segments. Assembly was a teo man job, but was well set out on the instructions, with all the bolts, screws etc available. The assembly took about 2.5hrs and fitted together well. The shed looks great and the coat of wood stain makes it even better. Very pleased with all the service we have received from the supplier. The roof felt is only 1mm, so I'll get a 4mm covering to really protect in future. Very pleased with my purchase.

Excellent service by Mercia Garden products. Purchased 7 x 7 corner summerhouse. Excellent delivery by Vinny. Downloaded instruction for build and was easy to follow and assemble. Very pleased with how it was well made making it easy to put together. Quality is excellent. Exactly as described with no issues.

Do not order from this company if you actually want to receive it. I ordered a log cabin 28 days ago as a home bakery conversion project. Planned delivery (soonest was 28 days) so I booked the builder, kitchen to be delivered a few days later, work men, plasters etc etc and then they call me 4 days before it’s due for delivery to say that there’s production issues and it would be a further 6 weeks, cost me loads of money and no apology or explanation! So I’d highly recommend else where! I’m having mine built by a REPUTABLE company now one that will actually deliver and stick to their word. If I could give it no stars I would! Selling stock they don’t even have - outrageous.
