We purchased an arbour which was quite difficult to build as a lot of the wood was warped especially the seat which made it difficult to attach to the sides, the instructions are not the clearest either which made it more difficult and take longer to build, it would be beneficial if there was a video that could be followed. I feel like it was expensive for the quality of the product.

It’s advertising as a 7x5 shed
So build a base for excatly that
Got it and started to paint so I could assemble as it got painted
Only to find it smaller than the base by 6in length and 5 in width
Rip off

Bought a lean to greenhouse.
Could be designed better and have perspex made a little bit bigger,or even constructed into the window first..( like the door is )
Also the skylight window could be better made and not leak so much.

Shed base not 8ftx6fr 3inch short in both directions.

Proper bases come with two 8ft timbers to ensure the base is rigid.

Easy to deliver this way but not what was advertised.

Very pleased with the summer house

Delivered part of the wrong shed. We paid someone to assemble this shed on our behalf and the error was not noticed until after assembly. We emailed straight away to request the correct coloured panel. This was refused. We were offered £20 compensation instead which was a complete insult. The shed looks like 2 different sheds have been put together. For the price we paid and the service we have received we will never purchase from this company! We are completely dissatisfied. My recommendation would be to steer clear and purchase from a reputable supplier that will ensure your item is as advertised! I couldn’t see an option to add an image to this review otherwise I would have added this to show the issues.

Terrible quality, splitting wood, construction issues that should have been thought of in advance, customer services completely deny any issues. Transportation blocks virtually impossible to remove without damaging the shed. Would give zero stars if I could. Knots of wood fallen out leaving write large holes. The shed is full of nails in random places making it hard to attach things where the instructions suggest. I rang them because the overlap wood was so uneven the door hinge had to buckle to be secured properly. They said this was how it was done. I asked them if I did it this way and it resulted in damage would they refund but they dodged my question about 20 times. Needless to say the metal door hinge was warped in the process. The shed is so flimsy bits have snapped off the overlap planks. There are splits in the wood you can see through. They sent me an assembly video to show me that the way to do the door hinge was correct but also said it was AI rendered anyway so it was bound to work out in the video. Unfortunately the video couldn't help with the terrible quality of the product.
* customer care have not reached out to me about my concerns. As I say above I rang them about the door hinge and they sent an assembly video. It didn't help because the fault was with the product.

Disappointing quality and poor value for money

Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the Shiplap Vermont Summerhouse 10x8. The quality feels far below what I expected for the price. The construction is flimsy, and the overall build feels poorly put together, which does not inspire confidence in its durability or longevity.

For the money, I expected a much sturdier, better-finished product. Instead, it feels cheaply made and not worth the investment. I would have expected a summerhouse of this size and price to feel solid and well constructed, but that simply hasn’t been my experience.

Overall, I would not recommend this product if you’re looking for something robust and good value for money.

Extremely disappointing experience – I would seriously think twice before purchasing a sauna from Walton’s.

I paid a substantial amount of money for a NOVI outdoor sauna and what should have been a premium purchase has turned into one problem after another.

The standard of the original installation was simply unacceptable. There were damaged and poorly fitted sections of timber, gaps in the structure where daylight could actually be seen, problems around the roof and door, and generally very poor workmanship.

Trying to get the problems rectified has been almost as frustrating as the installation itself. I have had to repeatedly chase Walton’s, rearrange my own work commitments and take time off to accommodate installers. On one occasion they arrived unexpectedly on the wrong day, and on another they turned up with the wrong replacement parts, meaning the problems still couldn’t be properly resolved.

I have now discovered yet another serious issue: the gap around virtually the entire sauna door frame is excessive, with daylight clearly visible from outside. Considering this is a sauna designed to retain heat, I find it unbelievable that a professionally installed door could be left like this.

To top it all off, yesterday the door handle literally came off in my hand during normal use.

Walton’s eventually refunded my installation charge, but that doesn’t undo the inconvenience, lost time and sheer frustration this has caused. More importantly, I am still discovering defects with a sauna that cost a significant amount of money.

At this stage I have completely lost confidence in the quality of both the product and the installation.

For the amount of money these saunas cost, customers should not have to inspect the workmanship themselves, repeatedly chase repairs, accommodate failed visits and then continue discovering additional defects afterwards.

This has without doubt been one of the most frustrating purchases I have ever made. Had I known beforehand what I would have to go through, I would have purchased my sauna elsewhere.

Neil the delivery man couldn’t be more helpful 10 out of ten

Absolutely disgusted with the lack of service from this company. I bought a shed from them, I was promised I could have it in the last week of August, I took time off to take the old one down and to erect the new one, then they told me the delivery would be on 21st Sept! I have written to them, they dont respond. I have tried ringing and you just end up in an endless recorded message loop.
I need to talk to them about the delivery, but they dont pick up the phone. The only thing they do quickly is take your money...BEWARE!!!

Having teceived this company's response I am even more angered. They have the brass neck to suggest I have made an error and this review applies to someone else.. it doesn't!! I was told, over the phone before I purchased that I could have a last week of Aug delivery..their dispatch dept gave me the 21st Sept date after they had made the sale.. and still I cant get hold of them. As I said in the first review. BEWARE!!!

The driver was great and very friendly and on time

Our delivery driver was fantastic. I missed all his calls for delivering the shed as I was tending to my newborn, and he just took the initiative and popped the shed in my back garden quickly and quietly. Thank you so much for being so understanding.

Delivered on time. Unloading was a quick and efficient process and driver was very friendly.
Shed appears to be good quality.
