Jeg skal bare tilføje til de mange negative anmeldelser. Min bror i Canada har bestilt hvad han troede varen engangs bestilling. Men de har taget peng fra hans konto 4 gang i august 2026. Og nu har de taget et beløb som er meget større. På hans konto står der at det er tilbagevendende betaling. Det havde han ikke viste. Jeg kan se på deres hjemmeside at for at se at det er en tilbagevendende abonnement, skal man trykke på en pil. Ellers kan man ikke se den.
Det er simpelthen en scam. Og skulle meldes til politiet

TERRIBLE. It's impossible to unsubscribe or leave them. You get over 5 auto-generated sales emails to stop you from subscribing. Do not do this. My mum accidentally did this and I've been trying for over 2 weeks to cancel the subscription for her. If you're in AUS, go to a pet store.

Avoid this company. They are crooks and liars.
Tried the product, my cats did not like it. Was contacted by Mya and advised her that my cats did not like the product on Aug 15 and informed her I did not want any more of the product or any further contact, which Mya replied to. Then Aug 26 found out I was charged for 3 packs of the product which I was not supposed to get. 2 Weeks later they are still sending me emails about the product and have not yet given me my refund for being billed for product they were not supposed to bill me for, nor has it even shown up.

Please don't buy from this company they say it's free but it certainly isn't.
They charge you for the postage which is fine BUT they then charge you an extra $35 dollars that you haven't ordered. I have been trying to get this money back and they come up with some ideas they will give you a discount for something you haven't ordered. That also write on the customs declaration it is a pillow case. So I gather it's something that shouldn't be let in.
I will not be giving my cat them. Please don't buy anything from them.

i do not recommend going through this company please do your research and go through another company I saw their promotion on YouTube and I wish now that I had not paid for pet treats from them as I sent several emails to them saying I wanted out and they refused to let me out I emailed again to say I could not afford it and would pay on my payday but they did not listen and withdrew the money that I needed to pay for something else I have asked for my money back but they are not corresponding with me about the refund of the money they took out with out my permission.

I took advantage of the just pay shipping try then free... Well they wernt free they charged me $25 for that one and when I emailed them they said oh well it's already been shipped out sorry for your luck and when they sent me an email saying I'm on a subscription with more to come I begged them to cancel that subscription they made my cat sick as hell. They refused to cancel a subscription I didn't even know I had but when I go to there website it shows I don't have a subscription so this whole place is a big SCAM. PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR IT. EVER OTHER ORDER IS $58 A MONTH. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I HAVE CALLED MY BANK AND THEY WON'T BE RECEIVING ANY MORE MONEY FROM ME!!!?

Suckered in on a “you only pay for shipping” scams untested companies use to get their product out, shenanigans were happening on the order page, however, I did receive my product to an underwhelming response from my cats. Then, just today, I received a message from “Maya” that my cats have ordered more product from them. Looked at my bank statement and see that Meowly’s certainly have tried to make another charge (this time for $79.98!) A call to my bank assured me that “Meowly’s” have been taken off my “white-list” and won’t be charging my account. My question is - why are companies so scummy?!

I got sucked in by the buy one get one just pay promo. I ended up an wanted subscription. That they will not cancel I've been trying. They just took money out of my account without permission. I went to report them it says they are located in London. So now what do I or others do when a company steals from people

4 of my cat got sick and 3 eill. Oy touch them! I hav e been trying to can el sincne August 17th, 2026. AND YOU STILL TOOK A $ 119.00 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT! I WANT A REFUND AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO PURCHASE THESE!!!

I was charged $ 59.97 2 times. My cats would not even slap them across the floor. Cancelled the order 3 times. Had to changed debit card number to stop pitches the final time.

I took advantage of the buy one get one offer, and supposedly my order was delivered to the wrong address. This was my first time ordering from this company. When I emailed customer support about it, they did not offer a resolution. I requested a refund or for my order to be resent. I didn't receive a reply at all! I feel like I was scammed; I will never order from this company again!

Scam. Charged me $90 for something o don’t order, then had to wait 5 weeks for it to. Arrive sent it back 2 weeks go, still waiting for a refund.DONT BUY. PRODUCT I SHIT CATS DONT LIKE THEM

The first time I bought these she was fine. They are too big and in my opinion could cause choking. My cat had a hard time swallowing, so I had to break off tiny pieces. However, this second time buying she's been vomiting, screaming high pitch meow and then vomiting. Will not buy again.

Horrible company! It’s definitely a scam! No one should trust this company. They catchers me for a repeated product which I never agreed to. As a results, I had to cancel my card to stop it.

My cat loved them but i have been trying to cancel order that i did not realise was continuing as very expensive . They will not cancel and keep charging and sending them. I have emailed many times

Still waiting for my order from March 2026 (now August 2026). They will not return my emails. They will not refund. I did cancel subscription. I'm only out $7.99 + tax. Will never order from Facebook again. SCAM!!!!

Their product is eh…. They don’t tell you, it is in very fine writing you will be subscribed, they are located in London, UK. They will NOT cancel, you will need to cancel your card. Watch that several times they will charge your card, hence the reason you will have to cancel your card. They are relentless! They don’t do ANYTHING to help you or do anything for you!!!

My initial order was successful apart from the fact that it was a US site which almost doubled the price in $AUD . Noted to never use that site to purchase again. Then an ad appeared for free grass sticks so I thought that would be nice. They have somehow used my original credit card details and debited me with $58 Australia Dollars for a few grass sticks. I’m furious as I am on a pension and they will not reply apart from some email saying the cat placed the order. I haven’t received the items and I immediately tried to cancel and get a refund. Absolutely fraudulent.

I didn't realize that this was a scam. I was trying to find something for my cat to keep her health cause she is a indoor cat. Meowlys said they were having a anniversary promotion and your first would be free, I jumped on it. Come to find out and scam. Still waiting for my order, charged me 44.95 for my first order, suppose to be free. So I canceled my prescription. I never trusted anything off of social media, so beware. I found the same grass sticks on Temu for only $6.95 for i think 10 sticks.
