Too long to arrive

The item I ordered has taken nearly 2 weeks to arrive, the first message I sent regarding the time this was taking there was no reply! I did receive a reply to the second to say item was dispatched. I was concerned as this is an expensive item and I had no idea when it would arrive! The product itself was fine, but the wait was excessive, I will be purchasing elsewhere in the future.

We pride ourselves on our next day delivery and your order was sent out immediately, but unfortunately Royal Mail lost your first parcel, and your message did not reach us. As soon as your email was received, we did not hesitate but to apologise and send another order out immediately via next day recorded delivery.
We can only apologise again, and sometimes Royal Mail is out of our control. Hope you enjoy our product.

Expensive but very very good and worth the money

Purchased the Meno cbd oil with turmeric. Heard lots of good reviews and feedback so decided to bite the bullet and buy some. Had 10% off my first order which helped as it's not cheap. It is however worth every penny. Helps relieve the pain in my finger joints, lifts my mood, relaxes me and helps me sleep at night. So pleased I took the plunge
