Customer service was excellent. The supplements did not do anything though

Aida capsules do everything they say they do i feel so better and they do get rid of the menopause belly and I don't have hot flushes any more ,and I definitely sleep better and I just feel like I have more energy too they really good

Being using them for over 6 months best menopause product out there thats my opinion fabulous customer service I'm on subscription never an issue always update on when it's issued shipped and arrives.

I've been taking the menopause tablets for a week, they promised to banish bloating but nothing has happened so far, not even a bit of water retention has gone. I still have a way to go, but not feeling confident of them working or of getting my money back when they don't.

Awful company I ordered one bottle of menopause tablets and then they signed me up to a subscription when I only ordered a single purchase ! They took a further £25 out of bank account and when contacting them eventually they replied and said they couldn’t refund me as the second bottle was in the post ! I’m never arrived suprise suprise and they still took my money ! Had to go through the bank to get it back ! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM !! Total scammers

Please do not even click on this site, I was browsing and deciding on ordering and before I know the transaction was done, I did not put in my card details nor have auto fill. I have really angry pppplease do not even browse, shame on social media sites allowing these terrible sites bombarding women with fake products

I ordered some expensive Wellness tea from a place called the Official Aida store on June 7th. They were supposed to deliver in 15 days to my home in Asia. It has now been 21 days and there is zero contact from the company apart from the 4 emails they sent on the purchase date. They have also not responded to my inquiries on their customer support email. I believe this company is a scam and ive just lost my money with no recourse. In addition to the Australia address they list a Hong King address. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND BE BACK TO SQARE ONE WITH THE SERVICE YOU NEED RENDERED. 😭😭😭

Terrible. I bought several rings from this company when they were supposedly discounted. Only to discover the same rings are available on another well-known shopping website for a tiny price and even some of the pictures are the same on each site. The rings don't even last any time and the colour rubs off on the gold rings. Definitely, not worth the price they are selling them for. The only thing that this company has going for it is that their jewellery comes nicely packaged in a box. I think the box is probably worth more than the ring. Don't waste your time.

Horrible! Don’t do it! Not only did I not lose weight I gained weight. Sent them a message and never heard back to get my money back😡😡 the ad states 30 or money back guaranteed but they don’t accept worn jewelry 😡 how are people supposed to see if it works if they can’t wear them!

It's a scam, don't do it! They don't tell you that it's from China and in order to take advantage of the satisfaction return, you have to mail the product to China at your own expense. It's going in the trash.

Absolute crap. Ordered a ring from uk store. It came from china. It looks worn and was so uncomfortable when tried on. Messaged uk store and was told to send it back to china at own expense. Ridiculous for something that is clearly not what I expected would have given 0 stars if possible

I bought the moon and stars slimming ring the stones fell out also some are very sharp it also has gone a bronze colour, it stated it has a hall mark on the inside low and behold it does not I have worn this ring for several months now and have not seen any health benefits at all I contacted the company twice now they said they would replace it but no never received a replacement another email sent today.

Terrible company. I placed an order on the 19th Jan and was sent tracking information. The tracking constantly stated ‘unknown’. The courier informed me they never received the item for shipping. Aida promised to resend the item- but then claimed the item had been delivered (when it had never been sent). Currently in a battle with Paypal for a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have lost almost €90 through this scam company.

I put a ring on my Christmas list and my daughter bought it early. Then I realized that I needed a bigger size. My daughter tried to exchange the ring for a bigger size but was told that she cannot do that anymore after 7 days so she ended up buying another one which didn't even arrive before Christmas because shipping took 4 weeks!!! You should have more than 7 days for an exchange. The ring hasn't even been worn. Now I have two of the same rings, one of them is brand new. Would never recommend buying there.

No problems with the order or delivery but the ring turned my finger green after just a couple of weeks. Would not recommend.

I ordered this in December still so not have my rings and patches the idiot delivery company said no such number sent to pick up, sis not tell me where to pick up I have sent many emails for a refund with a generic response we are working on the order id I could give a 0 I would I want my money back

Ordered goods never received, emails are just a stalling tactic, sometimes there is no response at all. Lawyer is involved.

Definitely do not understand how they have got any positive reviews.
There is zero science evidence behind THEIR magma therapy jewellery. I purchased 4 rings and patching at the cost of £55. Been ripped off. They are crap.
I asked to return them on their 7 day trial and was told I need to send them to their factory in China. I asked about their London warehouse and that is apparently out of action at the current time - what a surprise!!
So I would have to pay to have them shipped to china only to be told they haven’t arrived.
I tried to take it up with my credit card company but they cannot see a problem with their T&C’s so I cannot get a chargeback.
They hound me several times a day with emails and offers. As if I’d buy from them again 🤣
