I found Memorygram to be very responsive when i had questions or needed technical assistance. Their finished product is very nice...i am pleased. There were times i could nit get things to work right and other times i was frustrated with how they worked, e.g photo arrangements and limitations, font size, etc. But overall very pleased

First off, the website is very clunky. You can't preview it before you buy it but I chose mammogram specifically so that I could have my mom and dad both contribute to a single book, a feature I could not find on any other platform. The website itself feels like it was made in the early 2000s. When you set up a question you can't just easily change a different date for it to be sent, you can't easily see the past questions, but I was willing to deal with all of that because it was an affordable price and the book was just for me. The real kicker came when I received the final book and the cover is a blank square that says image not found. Kind of ridiculous that it wasn't just blank and that no one in the printing process caught this mistake. They called me several weeks later to ask me to send them a five star review and I told them about this mistake. They said an image was never uploaded. I told them that if an image was not uploaded, then it should not say image not found and they finish the conversation by asking me to make them a five star review. I ignored it. A month later I got an email asking for another five star review and I explained in the email why I would not give a five star review and they said that they would make it up to me. I could order the original book that I purchased, printed correctly, at a discounted price of $67. They did not offer to actually give me the correct book with the correct photo on it, but offered that I gave them another $67. Truly shocking. Am I speaking to humans or bots? I'm not sure. If you don't care about format, go for it. But if you want customer service and folks who actually will deliver what they say they will, look elsewhere

I would rate less than one star if it was available!!! Their customer service is non existent! I finally reached a live person who said she’d get back with me in two days, IT NEVER HAPPENED! I tried to contact her via the phone # she gave me, guess what….it doesn’t work!!! Via email they they sent us a date/time that they would contact us. We waited two hours from the designated date/time and of course they never contacted us! We have requested the fee returned since we needed help starting (we started, my wife posted, it ended on my site, I posted and it went to who knows where?? Then we tried to reach out for assistance to no avail. I wouldn’t recommend their service to my worst enemy!! Their customer service is non existent!

It is really not that great of a service and I do not recommend them. The questions are random and there is no help in organizing. Just find prompts to download from Etsy or get the same prompts online and write your own. You do all of the work anyway. It's very easy to get something bound for much less than they charge.

This company is a SCAM! Do not give them your money. They do not provide you with the service you pay for. I strongly discourage anyone from using Memorygram.
Over the past three months, the company has repeatedly failed to deliver the subscription service I purchased for my grandfather. He regularly does not receive his scheduled weekly calls. When calls do occur, the questions are out of order in the online book, and he is prompted with questions I did not select. These are not isolated incidents — they are ongoing, recurring issues.
I have spent an unreasonable amount of time contacting customer service, following up, and escalating the matter to management. I even reached out directly to the CEO in an effort to resolve the situation. Despite multiple assurances that the problems had been corrected, they continue.
The service has not been delivered as promised, and the lack of consistent resolution demonstrates serious reliability and accountability concerns. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution or consider alternative options.
*Edited to add: On Feb. 26, I received a call from a Memorygram representative named Christopher who was aggressive, confrontational, and raised their voice at me about my feedback, including this Trustpilot review. I was shocked that, instead of attempting to resolve the ongoing service failures and lack of communication I’ve documented — or simply trying to understand my frustration from a customer’s perspective — the focus was on pressuring me about my public reviews.
Being contacted and spoken to in that manner for sharing my honest experience was completely unacceptable and deeply concerning. I remained calm and reiterated that my issues remain unresolved, but the call was unproductive.
As a result, I have blocked their number, requested cancellation of my account, and asked for no further contact. This interaction only reinforces my concerns about this company’s professionalism and customer care.

I was using Memorygram when they released new software and it became one nightmare after another. I had ongoing conversations via email with their customer service discovering problems and glitches. The final straw was ordering the book that should have been free. They said - we’ll refund the charge - but they didn’t. Unfortunately I was preoccupied with the birth of a grandchild 8 weeks premature and didn’t track the charge closely enough.
Fast forward 6 months when my DH finally finishes his book and they want him to pay for shipping, which also should have been included in the original price. They said we’ll refund the charge. This time I was watching the card more closely and realized not only did we need to make a second call to get the delivery charges refunded but I was never reimbursed for the charges associated with my book Memorygram was not interested in refunding the charge but would give me product in exchange for- which I have no need for.

Really poor customer service. A phone call that should have taken 5 minutes took over 30 because the agent I was speaking with didn't seem to know the answer to any of my questions. I wanted a refund at that point, but was told I was past the refund window. It's all a totally lost cause and a waste of money. I could have created a memory book myself for less.

I purchased Memorygram medallions to place on the grave markers of my son and mother. The medallions arrived very, very fast. They are much heavier than I imagined and, I hope, they will stay on the gravemarkers for many years. It is very easy to make the memories. My only problem is deciding what pictures and memories to use and that is a problem for me. I'm a photographer and have thousands of pictures of the two of them. I'm impressed with the quailty, service, and ease of using the app. I can't imagine anything different they should do. Great job and many, many thanks.

Memory gram is amazing. I lost my grandmother in 2020 and I wanted to do something special for my mom. So i got her a medallion and uploaded memories for my mother to look back on. Having this has made such a big difference to our family. I feel like I have my Grandma back.

My daughter got it for me for last Christmas. I have enjoyed remembering my life by the questions they ask. I try to find pictures to include in the book, which I feel is a great option.

My 24yr old daughter passed away in January 2025. I stumbled across Memory gram and I can’t explain how impressed how well the site is. I’ve been able to post so many beautiful memories of my sweet daughter and I’m looking forward to placing it on her future headstone so everyone can scan the QR code.

This was given at Christmas, 2024 and I’m very behind on the questions. The questions I have answered are no longer showing and I’m no longer receiving a weekly email with a question. When I reached out to Customer Service, I was told my account wasn’t set up to receive weekly questions. . . But it was!
It’s been a very slow process trying to figure out my account. Very frustrating
