I love love love my MEK armor! The ghost camo is so cool looking and yet discreet on my granite metallic rubi! I received one defected panel on the passenger rear, but customer service was incredible to work with and quickly sent a replacement panel. These panels have incredible hold and seem like they will be very durable against the tree rash!

The ppv looks great on my jeep
The ppv looks great on my jeep. It's one of the best upgrades I have bought. However, one of the sections did not not line up with my factory trail rated badge with its pre cut hole, so it did not match up with the other sections all that great. That is the reason for 4 stars and not 5.

When I called to order my kit the lady…
When I called to order my kit the lady was so nice and helpful and I called back and she gave me some instructions on how to mix up the spay solution for the decals but when I didn’t receive all my Decals I tried calling the and nobody answered and I left a message and called again later and nobody answered or called me back so I sent them a message on their website and nobody responded so once they got my money I guess they were done talking to me, I found my Decals by the side porch and it had been in the rain for 3 days, will I ever buy again? Probably not!

Easy to install.
Watched the installation video. Tack solution easy to put together. First panel was the most difficult but after that the rest went on easy. Already hit the trail when I did the first part. Had things to remove to finish it up.

The armor shipped fast, very beautiful graphics. Decently thick material. They sent extra decals. Only down sides I have caught so far is when they are covered in sticky mud the armor graphics dont like pressure washers it tears up the colors, some spots randomly come up but that could be due to FL climate. But still a great product

Trail armor performed flawlessly
Trail armor performed flawlessly. No pinstriping at all. Attaching it was very easy, but bubbles are present which do not bother me as I will always remove the armor after the trail. Cleaning it was also super easy. Very happy with my purchase.

HUGE Regret.
This is ad on to the reply I received...I just watched the install video again (and have the written instructions saying the same) where it literally says at 2.45 into the video to REMOVE after rain, snow, and high humidity.
There is also no way, after looking at all the pictures of all your styles, you would think this flag was not red and white. Why would you put a cloudy clear magnet over your vehicle? I don't see any other style that has this much clear area. Extremely misleading pictures and videos.
I am editing my initial review about the vinyl hood decal (I was upset with the vinyl hood sticker, but do take some responsiblity of trying to do the dry application instead of the wet)...however, I then tried to install the Nano Magnets. This was just a nightmare. After 2 hours of my husband and I just trying to get the driver back side panel on WITHOUT bubbles, I called my son to come help us. He also struggled with that piece and the door panel piece. First of all, we thought the "red flag" was white and red as the picture shown literally shows the decal a different white shade than the jeep it is show on. It was not white, it was a cloudy clear sticker which made my blue jeep paint under it look awful. Watched the video several times to make sure we did it correctly (video is so misleading as it shows the solid white/green decal, not a clear one that shows everything under it). Plus you find out you have to remove them after a rain???? I am 68 with a bad shoulder and hand-I could not even peel off to reposition it, much less take off everytime it rains! You can tell how much the young woman in the video struggled to get it off! We gave up becuase it just looked horrendous and cheap. After reading several reviews, it is obvious these are made for off road protection and NOT AT ALL for comsmetic appeal. Because I purchased months ago, waiting for WI to finally hit 65 degrees, I am now stuck with an $800 product I am not able to use. I cannot understand why anyone would go through hours of putting this product on just to have to take off in inclement weather and do it all over again. I am so upset at the amount of money wasted on this product and the disappointment it caused not being what I thought would make my gladiator look awesome.

Thank you for taking the time to update your review and share more details about your experience. We're sorry to hear the installation process was frustrating, especially after waiting months for Wisconsin weather to finally cooperate.
We'd like to clarify that the two products you purchased are actually very different materials designed for different purposes.
Our PPV Hood Graphics are printed automotive vinyl graphics and are not made from the same Nano-Hold material as our Trail Armor products. PPV installs similarly to automotive wraps and decals, which is why installation technique is important, especially around complex areas like hood vents. For larger PPV panels, we recommend a wet installation method to allow repositioning and help prevent bubbles or wrinkles during application.
Our Nano-Hold Trail Armor, on the other hand, is a removable paint protection product designed specifically for off-road use. While it features custom graphics and styling, its primary purpose is to protect vehicle paint from brush, trail rash, and scratches encountered on the trail.
Every package includes a QR code that takes customers directly to our installation and care page, where videos are organized by product type. We provide separate installation videos for PPV vinyl graphics and Nano-Hold Trail Armor because each product installs differently. We also offer support by phone, email, and chat should customers need assistance during installation.
Regarding the Nano-Hold Armor, the dry-install process is intentional. When the armor is applied to a clean, smooth surface and the air is worked out, it creates a strong mechanical bond designed to keep the panels securely in place at highway speeds and in demanding off-road conditions. This holding power prevents the armor from shifting, bunching, or falling off in tight overgrown trails where exposed paint could be damaged.
It is also normal during installation to see a champagne-like pattern of tiny microbubbles. Most of these dissipate naturally over time as the material settles and bonds to the surface.
We'd also like to clarify the rain recommendation, as there seems to be some misunderstanding. Customers do not need to remove the armor every time it rains. The recommendation is simply to avoid exposing newly installed panels to moisture until they have had adequate time to fully bond. Once properly installed, Trail Armor is designed to withstand rain, storms, mud, and even automatic car washes. The key is ensuring that moisture is not trapped between the vehicle and the armor during the initial installation period.
Regarding the appearance of the America in Red design, portions of the artwork intentionally incorporate transparent elements that allow the vehicle's paint color to become part of the final design. This creates a unique look that varies depending on the color of the Jeep. While many customers enjoy this effect, we understand it may not have matched your expectations based on the product image.
We completely understand that both vinyl graphics and Trail Armor can be different from products many customers have installed before. Taking a few minutes to review the product-specific videos and installation guides beforehand can make the process much smoother and help avoid many common installation frustrations.
We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to provide additional clarification for future customers. Our goal has always been to offer functional, removable protection that helps Jeep owners hit the trails - not their paint.

We have ordered several sets of armor for our off-road jeeps and have had an excellent experience every time! Product has saved our Jeeps from branch damage and their response time is fantastic! We did a custom design for the last one we ordered and it turned out awesome! Highly recommend!

Placed the order 4/30 got busy but…
Placed the order 4/30 got busy but remembered I hadn’t seen anything so I sent an email on 5/15 when I hadn’t got any notification etc then all of a sudden my order gets filled and shipped same day. I needed the replacement pieces prior to a 5/16 off-road trip I was participating in so now I’m just aggravated that it went down like it did and I didn’t have the missing mekmagnet pieces that fell off… and were lost on a previous trip…and didn’t show up in time for the most recent trip.

This is a pretty unfair review. Replacement parts are made to order and usually take around 7-10 days. All month we have been working nonstop to make America 250 kits but placed your order into the production queue as soon as possible. If you let us know when placing your order that you need it for a certain date we do our best to deliver for that event. When I saw your status update request, I immediately pulled someone off what they were doing to find where in the production process your order was, we then fast-tracked your order to pack-out, and shipped it out that day. Even with replacement parts, there are still multiple pieces of equipment and production steps your order runs through just like a full kit would; to make replacement parts a designer creates a production file for just those panels, the production proof must be reviewed and approved, it then gets queued for printing, next it moves to mounting the printed layer onto the resin layer, then it moves to the cutting machine, runs through QA/QC then to pack-out and, finally a shipping label is created and your order is ready to go. With a little advance notice, we are able to meet most deadlines you have, but unfortunately, the timing of your order coming in during a large production run extended a day past when we try to target all made when ordered orders within.

A little disappointed
The over all design is great.
Now the bad parts. The way it is cut is poor. Stuff like gas door and jeep logo do not line up well making very hard to install.
The sticky stuff they use works to good. It’s very hard to get off and everything under the sun sticks to it. You almost need a clean room to install.

Hey Geoff! Thank you for your feedback! we will definitely revisit the template to make sure we have these areas properly covered. The Jeep logo can vary in its location between special editions and we are always striving to capture these slight deviations in the latest Armor kit. As for the hold, this is very intentional to rate the Armor for all speeds and to make sure no panel will shift, bunch or fall off exposing your paint in overgrown trails. There is a technique to installation and removal shown in our videos that make handling the Armor much easier once you get the trick.
