They don’t stand by their product, if you get a lemon they will not replace it, they will throw parts at it once it goes up the chain of command which could take months. Every retailer won’t carry their product for a reason.
Very good product for off-road, very comfortable, durable and powerful
FedEx's "Adult Signature" by anyone can not be overridden to use the Addresses digital signature even registered with an adult FedEx account. You can not give delivery instructions through the online FedEx Delivery Manager, ect. This cost me three days, 14 hours a day of some adult waiting given FedEx's poor delivery scheduling and tracking in the U.S. More than doubling the cost of the scooter. Kaabo was not helpful in helping me change this to an addressee digital signature. Kaabo's exellent packaging helped to protect the seriously scared and punctured boxes.
Extremely frustrated. I was in contact before Christmas because my scooter just won’t turn on. It worked fine and to charged it from using it that day. When I unplugged it to use it the next morning it wouldn’t turn on. It says it’s fully charged when I plug it in but the screen doesn’t turn on. Lights nothing. Suddenly they don’t reply. They don’t call back. Nothing. I am under warranty and I just want my scooter fixed. This is ridiculous and I’m losing my patients. I’ve been a customer for years and now this. December 9th was the last time they replied. I have tried sending emails using different ones even to try and get a reply. Nothing. I’m not happy in any way shape or form as this is now costing me MONEY!
Don't say overall products is built very well but after you put a bunch of miles on it they start to break down and they're really hard to repair without expertise. It's really hard to find help or expertise unless you live near a repair shop. Their company customer service is possibly the worst I've ever experienced and that's saying a lot cuz I don't generally write reviews but I had to say something about this company because it's that bad. Also I have one of the high end scooters that goes 60 miles an hour but it doesn't drive straight and get tighter like a motorcycle it gets more wobbly and unsecure faster you go I would highly recommend not going over 40 unless you feel really comfortable with wiping out. Therefore it doesn't really make sense to buy one that goes over 40 or maybe 50 because it's really not safe to go over those speeds with this type of machine. Even on straightaways on a smooth freeway it's still doesn't want to drive straight.

It took me over an hour to get the cord for the battery situated just right for it to fit snugly and lock in place. -beyond- irritating. If you’re buying the scooter for its removable battery, understand that although the battery is removable, it’s almost impossible to get the battery back on w/o an extreme amount of luck. Like, you might as well buy a lottery ticket with the luck needed to align everything.
I am really enjoying the Mantis X Plus. The build quality is perfect. I have been riding it for about 50 miles now and so far i love the suspension and the ability to dial it to my personal preference. Very User Friendly.. Such a great scooter.. Great Job Kaabo.
Sent me the wrong part. I also emailed and called with no response.
So I’ve bought three scooters 3 scooters from kaabo and they all have had some sort of issue or another. The first scooter I bought was a mantis, X plus the rear wheel fender cover broke off they replaced that pretty quick then I bought a warrior X plus and the battery did not work when I received it. It took them a minute to figure it out, but they sent me a new battery and the thing was fine. I just bought a warrior 11 max and this thing has a mind of its own it accelerates by itself without even touching it. Clearly there’s a shorten the system. My lights are going out. The scooter is complete trash and no one‘s bothering to help me fix any of it. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with this company and I would never purchase another scooter from these people again I do not recommend the new warrior X max the new controller that they use and throttle system are horrible. They glitch and accelerate and cuts on and off at its own if you try and turn on a blinker, the horn blows if you try and change gears, it jumps three gears instead of one do not buy the scooter is complete crap they did not figure out the kinks before they put it on the market
Scooter was packaged well which is half the battle. The operating system is different than what I'm used to and a little more complicated. Apparently when you change the passcode from the factory default you can no longer use the keycards to unlock the console, fine by me, unless I just haven't figured out what I might be doing wrong. This thing has a lot of power and will literally jump off the road in its higher settings so hang on tight. The ABS option for the brakes is jerky as expected but I don't recommend using it. I don't think you need it. Other than a slightly more complicated menu to navigate making you frustrated at times, I give it an A all around. We will see how customer service is when I start breaking stuff. Also, I'm very happy with all the lights especially the deck lights, those are fun.
I am writing this email because i ordered a Kaabo Gtr and I got an issue turning on the scooter first day out of the box.
I assembled it and wait the battery pack fully charged but pressing the power button, the scooter didn't turn on.
So firstly i sent an email to Kaabo support and i have received a fast reply.
Secondly i called the support number for ask assistance and guys i spoke with Lewis!! This guy is the proof of the reliability and the seriousness ok this Company.
Super kindle, great professional, it help me to solve the issue related to the plug and connection of the battery, showing 101% effort also to help me to config it.
If there is a company from which buy e scooter this is Kaabo USA and i am italian so i am not an american and i really appreciate the support received in order to solve the problem, let me feel all the care of this company to theri customers.
