This was my first time using Megaretailer...
Well, this was my first time using Megaretailer, and I've been pleasantly surprised. The prices for the items I bought were very good indeed, the despatch was nice and quick, and delivery as quick as DPD could deliver, with my 3 boxes going in various directions. At first I thought the delivery cost was a little high, but when I received my 3 massive boxes, I realised that the delivery cost was actually quite acceptable...! I'm very happy with my food, and with the entire process. I've used other discount food sites, and they're quite often not as good as Megaretailer...!!

Easy and friendly service
I made an order on line that I waned to collect the order was at Mega retailer ready for me to collect. The wrong coffee was put in the trolley but Mega retailer soon resolved the problem and the staff were very polite

The courier attempted delivery twice, after which the parcel was returned to us. In line with our policy, a refund for the item cost was processed once the return was received. We hadn’t been contacted about this issue prior to the review and would have been happy to assist earlier. Delivered on time. Very large range of goods. Could be packaged a bit more securely. Had bottles packed in the same box as biscuits with no packaging in the box to separate or protect items from getting crushed.

Great discounts timely delivery
I was worried that some of the prices seemed a little too good to be true but everything arrived at a reasonable time and I’d definitely order again. Customer service were also very helpful when one of the parcels was delayed slightly.

The only let down is the courier DPD what a bunch of cowboys I live in a terraced house and my parcel was delivered too a school what a numpty I only got my parcel due putting on Facebook did anyone know me. Company had contacted d.p.d.but we’re awaiting a reply from them …….
