In the previous complaint that I had and the last post that I made here I showed where Dory approved the 50th season and then backtrack, and then they try to take another employees generosity as a token of allowing them more time to solve it which I did only to have it thrown back in my face that they’ve already done something for me and they’re not doing anymore. Those are lies Sheena, who produce those spins did it to ask me to clarify that she needed more time, though irrelevant team needed more time so I gave it to him because of that now mind you I did not want them and I would not have accepted them. Had I known that they were going to use this to undercut what they just did right now I had no knowledge of that. How could I so we are back to where we were and I will be posting another one here in the next few hours starting with day one lies so it can be a gradual story and everybody can get a knowledge of what they represent them being Mega Bonanza. I’m telling people do not trust this customer service department do not trust the irrelevant team. That is the worst lie they ever told among 1 million others like I said I have all the information you need if you want to contact me personally look me up on any of the other social media outlets if you want the real story I’ll give it to you. I mean you’ll get it here but if you want it all in a bulk I can do that too so like I said, I’m not finished doing this due to the fact that they treated me for 75 days now like garbage and thought that I would go away because that’s what I did to everybody else, I’m still here at Mega bone heads so it’s only just begun.
To funny part about this is the reason I asked for 50 SC’s is still remains unresolved yet you close the case the irony. You guys are solidifying that you haven’t finished your job the whole reason I asked, so you really look foolish Mega bonehead.

Lazy service
EDIT: They claim they have read all of my emails and responded to all of my messages, until they stopped. And never even acknowledged that they actually understood what I was telling them. No one answered my question. They wrote me lots of words. Absolutely none of which were relevant to the problem I was explaining. Told me over and over to do something that I kept explaining their program literally would not allow me to do. I even sent screen shots, and step by step what I did to ensure I was doing it properly. Not once, was that acknowledged. Not once did anyone suggest an alternative solution, and eventually, they literally just ignored me. So I stand by what I said in my original comment.
A bunch of lazy, uncommitted staff, that refuse to look into my issue farther than the surface to find out what the actual problem is. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have 20 years of customer service experience and am just speechless at what Terrible experience I have have had. I have several friends that gamble and am part of countless facebook, Reddit groups with thousands of members. I will be warning everyone to RUN from this platform, because it’s obviously fraud.
