I won a 220k prize and they refused to pay me. They have lied about the reasons. They told me that their financial team could not verify my bank account. Lie. They had paid me smaller amounts (200 dollars or so) in the past so I know this was not true. Then I was told my bank (wells fargo) was denying the payment. Lies.

Hi Derek,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear about your frustration regarding your Redemption request and the verification of your banking information.
We understand how concerning it can be when a significant prize is involved and a Redemption cannot be completed as expected. Banking verification may be required as part of our security procedures, and in some cases additional information or documentation may be needed before a Redemption can proceed.
We also understand your concerns regarding the explanations you received. While we cannot discuss the details of an individual account publicly, our support team can review the account history, verification requirements, and communications associated with your case and provide clarification through the appropriate channel.
We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and hope the matter can be reviewed thoroughly.

The games are fun
I’ve enjoyed playing the games, but the only issue is when I tried to redeem money. It is not allowing my ID to scan.
