Some issues with customer service and account but everything worked out
So originally had issues I had to escalate to get my account back and unlocked which regular customer service did not help with at all. When it was finally escalated the problem was fixed and i got my account back and was able to redeem my winnings. I do have to recommend them because i win often.

Ive redeemed at least one prize with no trouble. I have/had a couple of pending redemption totaling over $100 that I may or may not get, who knows. I logged in to play on October 4, 2026 and tried to cash out $60. When I tried cashing out it asked for account verification, again, when I submitted the information requested they locked my account AND I cant get an answer or phone number for contact. This app is a lying, thieving scam. I hope all your servers crash and costs you BILLIONS in losses.

I won several thousand dollars first they paid out then they said I needed to verify my address so I did and while I still had money in the game and in redemption they locked my account and said I went against there rules now nowbody will even speak to me about it..
