Love love this casino game
Love love this casino game. Its 100% real money withdrawals. Only thing I would like to see change is redeemtions to be instant like some other online casino games. I dont mind the fees for an instant withdrawal thats better then wait 3 day

Losing my business and respect
Been playing here quite awhile and was verified and received payments. Now I request cash out, I'm ask to verify again, they keep rejecting my verification to delay paying out $100. Screw this place, play at Bitstarz casino and you will not have to verify and will have your money in 10 mins.

I am having difficulty getting answers…
I am having difficulty getting answers from customer service. I attempted to escalate my concerns regarding one of my redemptions, but they keep responding with, "Please upload the required bank statement for CC9574 showing MGB transactions in PDF format by visiting the Document Upload section on the My Profile page."
I have explained that I paid using my Apple Pay account, which reflects a different account.
I also emailed them my bank statements, which show the date and amount I paid to play, but they continue to reject my redemption.
