Lazy service
EDIT: They claim they have read all of my emails and responded to all of my messages, until they stopped. And never even acknowledged that they actually understood what I was telling them. No one answered my question. They wrote me lots of words. Absolutely none of which were relevant to the problem I was explaining. Told me over and over to do something that I kept explaining their program literally would not allow me to do. I even sent screen shots, and step by step what I did to ensure I was doing it properly. Not once, was that acknowledged. Not once did anyone suggest an alternative solution, and eventually, they literally just ignored me. So I stand by what I said in my original comment.
A bunch of lazy, uncommitted staff, that refuse to look into my issue farther than the surface to find out what the actual problem is. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have 20 years of customer service experience and am just speechless at what Terrible experience I have have had. I have several friends that gamble and am part of countless facebook, Reddit groups with thousands of members. I will be warning everyone to RUN from this platform, because it’s obviously fraud.

Everything was good at first but…
Everything was good at first. Won pretty big and redeemed SC. Next day it was in my account. Bought more SC and hit smaller amounts. Tried redeeming 300 SC and 200 SC, now my account is restricted and they asked for address verification which I sent and it was denied. Now the app or website won’t let me upload another document for review. Tried calling the customer service number and it not a valid number. Pretty sad that I can make purchases but when you win a few times you get our account restricted so they don’t have to pay out.

I've had some of my best luck on this site and never any problems with my redemptions. Sometimes it has taken a couple of days at the most but I usually get them the next day, and their games be hitting pretty good.
