I got the medicine I ordered promptly and without any issues. They requested uploading an ID as proof of date of birth (I think they are required by law to verify that purchasers are over 18).
I found their website very transparent and could easily track the status of my order, including confirmation of my ID upload.
I only give them 4* because I received a generic version of the med, as opposed to the branded one on their website, but the active substance is exactly the same so it doesn't make much of a difference to me.

They took my money but never sent my order. They have also completely ignored all my emails. Avoid these scammers!!!

Be careful
Ordered antibiotics and set up an account. Received an email Approx 2 hours later asking me to verify my DOB by sending a copy of my passport or drivers license. I had already entered my DOB in the account. I emailed back and said I wasn’t sending a copy of my ID for antibiotics that I could walk into a pharmacy and get. They replied saying ‘Not sure what doctor you have seen but this is standard practice’. No it’s not?? I went to boots and they gave me the antibiotics and didn’t ask for my DL or passport.
I would be careful giving out these details if asked for them and if you look at other reviews it’s not just me they have asked.

Ordered items, entered correct address, got sent tracking number and all looked good, unfortunately got an email from Royal Mail saying they had returned to sender due to an incomplete address, emailed Medsrus and no reply as yet

Bizarre experience
Bizarre experience. I placed an order, which was accepted for delivery to the Isle of Man, and verified my email address, They then asked for a copy of my driving licence. As soon as they received this they cancelled my order claiming Royal Mail couldn't deliver it - which is absolute nonsense; Royal Mail will deliver to the Isle of Man for exactly the same cost as delivering anywhere in the UK. A total waste of time.
Edit: They later got back to me and accepted that they could deliver to me, hopefully it'll be on its way soon.

I will not be buying from them again
I will not be buying from them again. Take your money knowing full well that they do not have stock. I’m still waiting for my refund of £220. Be upfront like other online pharmacies and say out of stock before people order.

I was worried about buying from this place because they don't have reviews. Customer service is a little slow to make updates on the order, however it was delivered on time and in good condition. I recommend.
